Greg ably took care of the challenging task of getting the equipment up through bushes, onto our 2nd floor balcony, and into the living room. He worked hard scrubbing all of the numerous upholstery surfaces. The end result was a wonderful vibrant white sofa that looks almost new. I liked my telephone interaction with Bob DiTucci when setting up the appointment, and we are completely satisfied with the results of Greg's upholstery renewing work.

The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! Highly recommend for any floor cleaning needs you may have!!

I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

My friend's boxer started having accidents in his sleep and it just so happened that his favorite place to sleep is on my couch. Within two days, more than 1/2 of my brand new sectional is covered in urine! ::insert petrified emoji:: Immediately I started contacting cleaners in the area while treating the area with enzyme, but with it being the holiday season few places replied and those that did either had mediocre reviews or can't be available for another week. However, Amy from JP Upholstery replied right away and was efficient, professional and understanding. I was hesitant because the price was higher than I expected but being the neat freak that I am, the idea of the urine setting into the couch was giving me nightmares. Long story short, I confirmed with Amy for the next day to have Joe stop by. He was on time, professional, and efficient. Within 1.5 hrs the couch was drying and although he made no guarantees that the couch would be restored to its formal glory, it dried beautifully and the stains disappeared. Highly recommend!
