I put a deposit down on a boat and was charged only to find out that none of the information for…read morethat boat was accurate online. "I'm really sorry but that time slot should have been blocked off on the website. The only thing we would be able to do is a 7pm start time." To rectify the situation he sent me some contacts -all of which were completely booked. I was able to receive a refund for my deposit but I would have wanted to know that this is their process before booking hence writing this review. I work in travel so I believe in transparency with these sorts of things.

Upon our arrival, the pool (as shown on their website) was all murky and brown. The next day, they drained the pool and construction has begun. Furthermore, they started to dig up the beach right in front of us to build a seawall. The never apologized for the loud construction noises nor did they offer us any kind of reimbursement. Very difficult people to deal with.
