BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY from this office!! Went in for a morning follow-up appointment. I was on time to my appointment and left after 45 minutes of waiting for Dr. Burdge to show. I never received an apology. To make matters worse, the person who manages their billing (Sheila) has the worst record-keeping. The payment from my insurance company was received by them and even cashed, it was just never applied to my balance. And instead or researching the issue, she opted to just send my account to collections. And even after the insurance company addressed the matter, she joyfully let the collection company continue to harass me on a daily basis despite my many calls and messages to her. I am now working with an attorney to go after them and the collection agency. Maybe this will get their attention. read more

If you are having any kind of pain in your feet or ankles get to this office IMMEDIATELY!! Dr. Burdge is absolutely wonderful, and his office team is pretty awesome too. I relocated from Los Angeles to Houston/Katy in December, and I saw 2 podiatrists and even and orthopedic specialist, but neither of them could figure out what was wrong with my foot. Dr. Burdge and his team have been extremely pleasant to deal with. I have been seeing Dr. Burdge for the last 3 months due to a neuroma issue. He diagnosed it immediately and discussed every option available to deal with it. He always suggested the least invasive procedure until it came time for surgery. Surgery was successful and his office staff have been just as professional the entire time. Email reminders are sent out to ensure you know the time of your visit. My wife and I both see Dr Burdge for various ailments and he is one of the best if not the best on the west side/ Katy area. My wife had seen several podiatrists out here and they were shooting her foot and recommending surgery. After seeing Dr Burdge she was cured in two weeks without invasive surgery of worthless injections. My gout issues are simply a thing of the past after going through flareup after flareup. I have been seeing Dr. Burdge for the past couple of months for a heel spur that was giving me fits. I ended up having surgery to correct the problem. I was more than pleased when he gave my husband his cell phone number to contact him with any issues or if the bandages needed to be changed prior to my appointment. It certainly made me feel a bit more at ease knowing we could call if I had any issues. His office staff has been more than helpful. I thank God for Tina who has bent over backwards to help me with my work paperwork, who also got me in to be seen even if I didn't have an appointment and who had called me on a Sunday night from her personal cell to let me know my appointment was cancelled the next day due to a hurricane. read more

I will never go here again. They sent my $7.41 account balance to a collection agency after 6 months of non-payment (because I'd moved and had not been receiving my mail) and now the collection agency says I owe $81.31 because Dr. Burge's office tacked on fees. This is sad that in an age where healthcare is so unaffordable that a Dr. would send a person whose insurance paid all but $7.41 to a collection agency and now this will show negatively on my credit. I had been unemployed for almost 3 years and was paying a large monthly premium just to maintain health insurance and this is what happens when you try to do the right thing.
