She helps you set your appointments and she puts you at ease while waiting for the doctor. She is friendly and she doesn't make you feel like she doesn't care Raychel, who is the RN and Dr in charge of your appointments is absolutely one of the best I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen to every word you say and answer every question you have and does it make you feel stupid or like you're wasting her time. She works with you on getting you healthier and working on any issues that you might have They will always have appointment availability for you without you having to wait two or three weeks to see the doctor. Honestly, this doctors office and clinic, reminds me of a small town doctors office. They make you feel like your time is valuable and that you are worth their time. I understand that people may have different communication styles and cultural backgrounds; however, that should never come at the expense of treating patients and their families with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I work hard for my money, and I am not comfortable continuing to spend it at a practice where I do not feel respected or valued as a patient. I have also had concerns regarding my interactions with Dr. Tootle. I have found her communication to be dismissive and unprofessional, and I have questioned whether certain services and charges are necessary or appropriate. At times, it has felt as though services are being added or billed to my insurance without sufficient explanation or consideration of whether they are actually necessary. Overall, my experiences have left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service, communication, and professionalism at this practice. Patients should feel respected, heard, and confident in the care they are receiving. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and I believe these concerns need to be addressed.

When we got there, doctor just repeated the words that previous doctor said. And he said that there is nothing he can do. However, when we called they said they do have this kind of a service.
