I knew I couldn't take her to a regular nail shop for nails care. I called Your Total Foot care and asked if their office did pedicures. They did. I explained the condition of my mom's feet and nails and made her an appt. Once at the apt, the nail tech advised me that she needed to see the doctor to cut her nails. I agreed. They worked her in to see Dr. Jacob. He was such a professional, friendly doctor. He came right in the room, examined her feet a d nails and assured her that he would take good care of her. He cut her nails and filed the debris. He also informed us that her insurance would pay for future visits every 9 weeks. We went to the Katy location because that is where the nail tech was but he let us know if we wanted to visit the cypress location going forward, he was at that clinic on Tuesdays. I would highly recommend Your Total Footcare because all of the staff is professional, caring and friendly.

Doctor Bridges show me the injury on the X-rays and explained clearly my treatment options. We made an appointment for surgery between Christmas and New Year at Memorial Herman Surgery Center on Kingsland. Amanda, her surgery coordinator even found me an appointment in an urgent care facility to get a surgery clearance since my doctor office was closed for the holidays and many medical facilities overbooked with people seeking Covid testing for holiday travel. Doctor Bridges operated on me on December 28th. She came to see me before surgery to explain everything and gave me reinsurance. She is so sweet and comforting. Few days after surgery I had some nerve pain. She had given me her cellular phone number so I was able to contact her easily. She send quickly a prescription to my pharmacy. During the follow up visits to change the dressing, the nurses were friendly, caring and gentle. They took X-rays at every visit to assess the healing process. The doctor explained thoroughly what to expect, gave a time frame on expected progress and answered all my questions. I am now waddling in my walking boot and mending well. This doctor is going above and beyond for her patients. I am very thankful for her outstanding care! My tip: Do not go anywhere else!
