Opportunities: -Cost to rent, little high and there is a participation/ front door/ membership fee but I understand as it cost to run a center like this! -front desk employees are simple and fine for me but you generally may not get the 'Hi how were you 'big smile' greeting. I can see how some may think that's a negative but for me its just straight talk and business! Overall- 4.5 stars out of 5!

You can hold an event there or just hang out and do some cool kid or senior activities....it's one of the things Stockton does well....community centers. This one is located just north of the San Joaquin County Health Center and boasts a community garden. Parents, see Tina for some great programs when your kids are on a break from school; it's a safe place, a fun place an eastside Stockton staple!

The only downside: We recently took our two dogs here to play fetch and walk around and not even 5 minutes in they were full of ticks/fleas. Obviously it's not a dog park and is open to start cats and dogs but the amount of fleas/ticks that were on our pups was just wild to me. Our pups were rolling around the grass because they were so uncomfortable. We immediately went home and treated them. THIS IS NOT A PARK TO WALK YOUR DOGS NOR PLAY CATCH!!! BE CAREFUL.

The facility itself is super clean and well-run. It's kinda tucked away, so it feels like one of those secret spots only locals know about, but it's safe and easy to get to. Definitely gives off that "family vibe" where everyone's rooting for each other. If your kid loves basketball (or you just want them to burn off energy in a great environment), this is the place!
