I had my first visit here today! I did something last week to my back and it was improving...this…read moremorning it got worse. I called and spoke with Ashley, she was able to get me in immediately as a new patient, but I couldn't go until later. She asked that I go online and fill out some paperwork...it gets submitted straight to their office. It's not available via a mobile device, so use your laptop/desktop. When I arrived, Ashley was very friendly, along with other staff members. Yay! I am SO grateful for Dr. Geheren!! I've been a fan of chiropractic care for 35+ years and it makes me so happy that I found a caring and knowledgeable doctor here in VaBeach! They offer multiple offices in Virginia Beach. This location has poor parking with tight spaces and corridor. My car actually was struck while parked. The front desk staff lady was amazing and compassionate. I saw Dr. Jarrett for the first time. His bedside manner was very good. He took the time to understand what was going on. After a discussion of my pain and location manipulation of neck and back was performed. Treatment plans can last weeks, so I had no illusion that I would get immediate relief. However, it was very helpful. He emailed me exercises and information on chiropractic care. I appreciate the services provided and no longer a chiropractic doubter.
