They have good systems at this clinic and booking appointments is effortless. Beyond that, the staff are very friendly to the point where you can make conversation with them and they will actually listen to you and talk to you like you're a human being. Believe it or not, that's rare in today's society. Booking an appointment and being seen yesterday was an amazing experience with such great people manning the front office of this clinic! 2. Knowledgeable Chiropractor. Being seen by Dr. Ryan was the best chiropractic experience! He's very methodical! I called and spoke with Ashley, she was able to get me in immediately as a new patient, but I couldn't go until later. She asked that I go online and fill out some paperwork...it gets submitted straight to their office. It's not available via a mobile device, so use your laptop/desktop. When I arrived, Ashley was very friendly, along with other staff members. Yay! I am SO grateful for Dr. Geheren!! I've been a fan of chiropractic care for 35+ years and it makes me so happy that I found a caring and knowledgeable doctor here in VaBeach! Communication was extremely difficult. I was frequently talked over, interrupted, and repeatedly told the same things while my own concerns were ignored. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional rather than compassionate or collaborative. What was especially disappointing was going in for urgent pain relief and essentially being told I would need to come back another day rather than receiving meaningful help during the visit. In over 20 years of healthcare experience, I have rarely encountered someone who made me feel so unheard and dismissed as a patient. After I expressed my concerns, the response I received was essentially, "I'm sorry you feel that way," which did not feel like genuine accountability or understanding. It was deflective and a backhanded apology if you even call it that. Patients deserve to feel listened to, respected, and included in decisions about their own care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

They charged us almost 300 dollars per visit for about 10 minutes worth of service. Between my husband and myself they made over 10,000 off of us. Our settlement amount was 32,500 dollars. By the time the lawyer and Norview Chiropractor finished with their payments. My husband and I together didn't receive 10,000 out of the 32,500 between the 2 of us. So take my advice. Go to another chiropractor or if you use them don't allow them to schedule all those appointments for you. And make sure you ask how much ea session is costing. I'm going to get a lawyer to look into what they charged us. I checked with some other Chiropractors and they said we should have never been charged that much due to us not having serious injuries. But that's where the good experience ended. I noted I wanted firm pressure on my intake form and confirmed with the masseuse that's what I wanted for my sports massage. I am no stranger to massages. I asked her to focus on my neck, upper traps, and lower back/SI joint. She spent more than half the hour on my arms and legs. The pressure was all over the place. Weird hand motions and more therapeutic feeling. Then she drilled hard onto my IT bands and calves. They were sore for a few days after. I was expecting similar pressure in the areas I asked. But nothing. No pressure or trigger point work AT ALL. By the time I thought to ask for more pressure (because she never asked if the pressure was ok), the massage was over. I was really frustrated because I was really needing some relief on my neck and traps. I paid and tipped but also let the receptionist know I was really let down. She said she would let the manager know. I then left a note via the survey link they sent out with the same feedback. I heard nothing back. So a few days later I called and spoke with the manager. She said they appreciated the feedback and that her or the owner would call me back within a day or two to discuss the best way to rectify the situation. I still haven't heard anything so I don't think I'll be back. Disappointing when you look to a service to provide relief from chronic pain.
