I did feel better right after having some things pop and crack, but the pain resumed the next day. Instead of listening to my concerns or discussing realistic treatment options, this chiropractor seemed far more focused on pushing a long-term plan of care based entirely on his own opinions, without considering my financial situation, schedule, or personal preferences. Communication was extremely difficult. I was frequently talked over, interrupted, and repeatedly told the same things while my own concerns were ignored. The interaction felt condescending and unprofessional rather than compassionate or collaborative. What was especially disappointing was going in for urgent pain relief and essentially being told I would need to come back another day rather than receiving meaningful help during the visit. In over 20 years of healthcare experience, I have rarely encountered someone who made me feel so unheard and dismissed as a patient. After I expressed my concerns, the response I received was essentially, "I'm sorry you feel that way," which did not feel like genuine accountability or understanding. It was deflective and a backhanded apology if you even call it that. Patients deserve to feel listened to, respected, and included in decisions about their own care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I've never been to a chiropractor, so it was very excited. They were very good quick and sweet I would say, and I never heard my neck crack like that lol the massage chair was very much needed after a long day at work I've never been in a chair that worked my hands and legs as well as my feet and neck. They charged us almost 300 dollars per visit for about 10 minutes worth of service. Between my husband and myself they made over 10,000 off of us. Our settlement amount was 32,500 dollars. By the time the lawyer and Norview Chiropractor finished with their payments. My husband and I together didn't receive 10,000 out of the 32,500 between the 2 of us. So take my advice. Go to another chiropractor or if you use them don't allow them to schedule all those appointments for you. And make sure you ask how much ea session is costing. I'm going to get a lawyer to look into what they charged us. I checked with some other Chiropractors and they said we should have never been charged that much due to us not having serious injuries. I almost asked if she was ok, then she came back to life and kept going. It was odd. Is that some energy healing modality? It is warm, welcoming, calming & clean just like a spa. They opened at 9am, my appt was scheduled for 9:15am. I was asked to choose my essential oil for my appt, then guided to sit in the waiting area. There are a set of mugs & the option to choose water or tea while I waited. Their restroom is beautiful & clean! Definitely gives spa vibes. My therapist walked into the building at 9:15am, which was inconvenient. She called me into my designated room, introduced herself by telling me her name then asked the standard questions (What is the goal of your appt today? What areas are we focusing on? Are there any areas to avoid? etc.) To be completely honest, She seemed a bit disengaged & I didn't really feel welcomed so I was a bit worried about how my session would go. Next, she stepped out the room to give me time to undress then came back a few minutes later. She started off very gentle in the beginning similar to a Swedish massage. After a few minutes passed she asked if the pressure was ok. Since I booked a deep tissue, I asked her to go deeper, she said ok but the pressure remained the same. I asked her again to go deeper, she said ok again and applied slightly more pressure. Again, I kindly told her to go even deeper. She said ok and more pressure was applied. I felt like I was bothering her/asking too much, so I didn't bother to ask her again to go deeper. I just wanted to get the service that I was paying for especially because it was my birthday so I was trying to have a relaxing day. After my session was finished, she stepped out & I was given time to get dressed. She met me outside of the door and gave me a cup of water. She then went over an after care plan that was basically suggestions to drink plenty of water & advice on how to loosen up my tight muscles by stretching. Overall it was a decent massage but I didn't appreciate the late arrival to my appt & the deep tissue experience.
