They were able to see me the same day as I was having an emergency. When I arrived the staff was not only professional but very nice and welcoming. Which I feel important for such a dreaded procedure (root canal). And believe it or not the best part about my visit was the Dr. and procedure. He was absolutely awesome. I mean so awesome that I wouldn't mind having another root canal. Ok maybe I don't really want another but I would drive from the other side of NC to go to this guy. Like I said before I had a bad infection and they got me in same day; however, once he began the procedure he was mostly concerned with how I was doing and if I felt ANYTHING! He didn't want me to be in any pain. Zero. So given that my tooth was so bad he wanted me to come back to finish and let my antibiotics do some more work in the meantime. Didn't charge me extra and didn't rush anything. This guy is a perfectionist and if you want your mouth taken care or properly then there is no where else to go. I have to say the root canal experience everyone warns you about was actually as enjoyable as a root canal could possibly be. I would give this practice 20 stars if possible.

I came across information about FREE dental services (including extractions) being offered to veterans on Thursday, 11-09-23. I told my dad about the promo. He contacted them and he was able to receive treatment. Though he served close to 30 years in the military, he had not seen a dentist in many years as coverage, even with TriCare insurance, for veterans is not what it needs to be. He told me that they took good care of him and as soon as he has adequate dental coverage, he would be returning. "Thank you for your sacrifice and service" is what I tend to say to veterans year round, but as I am sealing your thank you card, I say it to you. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I responded back to the email at 4:14 pm asking to reschedule for the following week because it was my daughter's last week of school and also because my husband was out of town and I had my toddler who would be disruptive in their office. I received a text message at 7:49 am on May 29th stating that we had an appointment and they were wondering if we were on the way. I informed her that I sent an email asking to reschedule. She stated that I didn't cancel within 48 hours so they had to charge me $50 cancelled appointment fee. I wasn't trying to cancel - I was trying to reschedule. My biggest problem with this is the predatory nature of these fees. If you are going to charge someone for cancelling, you should remind the patient/client in enough time for them to cancel without penalty. Patients shouldn't get reminders 16 hours before the appointment with their only option to come or pay a $50 fee. This was my second time trying to reschedule and being assessed a fee. I will say they waived the first fee as a courtesy. We have already found another dentist and I don't intend on paying this predatory fee. They have already sent us to collections - for services not rendered with a late fee on top of the cancellation fee. We have perfect credit, pay all of our bills on time, and are highly responsible adults who were looking for grace and were met with disdain and flippant recitals of policy. Best wishes to you if you need to cancel last minute and are a patient at this practice.
