I have to give them 3 stars due to the staffing issues. Once they moved to the Maine General Hospital everything went downhill FAST! Claudette the Secretary was no longer there and that made a huge difference. I had a very difficult time making an appointment. No one would call me back. Then, I went in for an appointment and they didn't have me down to get a new vial made up which was the reason I was there. Luckily, I brought it up and Dr. Dyer was able to ask. I waited 4 weeks with no call as I was told they vial would be made that next week. I called and left a message and waited... A got a call about a week later saying they didn't have the ingredients for my vial that it would be a wait. So, I waited for another month and then called them back again. No call back. I called again and got a call back that the secetary had called and left a message with me and couldn't get a hold of me that my vial was ready. I never had an messages from them. I got in fairly quickly but by this point I had to start back at a lower dose because it had been over 2 months since my last shot. They told me they would send my shots to my primary care physician office as they were going that way. I said great!! I go for my shot and the vial isn't there. They sent it to the wrong place. Now, I have to go and get my shots at this location and bring them to my doctors office and get another appointment. A simple confirmation of where it was going would of solved the issue. They have all my records so I assumed they knew where I got all my shots. It has been issues like this that make me miss the old staff that this wouldn't have happened and Claudette who would of got back to me within a day. read more
