She takes the time to get to know you and answers any questions you have. She always ensures that each visit is a great experience and that I do not leave with any doubt about our plan to maintain my health. There was one visit where I waited in the room for a little over 30 minutes, but the Medical Assistant keep checking in on me every 10 minutes to update me on the status and to offer water. The fact they kept me informed and provided a reason for the delay was satisfaction enough that the Doctor and the Medical Assistant care about me as a patient. The doctor was very apologetic when she came in, but I was not unhappy with my experience. I will continue to go here for my primary care needs.

(Bonus). Get there early and take the super comfy chair in the sunny corner where you can watch the world go by or endlessly scroll on your phone thanks to the high speed connection. The dentist and hygienist will always explain everything to you. You won't have any unnecessary procedures, and you'll walk away with oral health swag every time. At a few weeks old, she had some issues and we visited Dr. Mansfield, my child had visible thrush in the mouth and was in so much pain she was not eating. Dr. Mansfield MIs diagnosed my child and aloud her to suffer. I took her to the ER where they diagnosed thrush immediately. We had to follow up with primary care to which I insisted we would never see Dr.Mansfield again, so we were assigned to Dr.Baker as one of her very first patients she ever had just stetting out. We have seen nobody but Dr.Baker ever since, we absolutely adore her and always look forward to the annual "Dr. Baker appointment" !!
