Staff, nurses, doctors were super nice. Wait time wasn't too long. I felt well taken care of.

The front staff is friendly, the nurse practitioners have personalities of wet mops. If they would spend more than 2 minutes in a room and listen to what you're telling them, maybe they could help people a little better. read more

If there was an option for negative stars I'd choose those. Terrible experience. I took my 6 week old here to avoid the ER and it's long wait. Sadly, I ended up at the ER because convenient MD refused to see/ treat my 6 week old. According to Bobbi with an I at the front desk (who can't even decide whether it wants to be a male or female ) It's against their policy if you do not have a physical insurance card. Well no S**t here, she's 6 weeks old and I haven't received one in the mail yet. But insurance is for certain active. So either I had a physical insurance card or pay 160 out of pocket. Well that's upsetting because I showed up with my 2 year old and sick infant to be seen by a doctor I wasn't thinking to grab my wallet or my phone at this time. Basic human rights you'd think. But Nope I was sent away without medical treatment for my infant. And by sitting at desk in support of this policy is disgusting and I will never step foot in a convenient md ever again. read more
