So, I listed my bike and waiting for that to sell before my purchase. All in all a MUCH better experience but I'm just a bit gunshy since it's out of state and have to talk with the DMV to make sure I don't have any problems buying out of state. But much better than my initial contact AND would rather deal with them than Cascade Moto Beaverton (a place that's really gone downhill over the past year, ever since they got bought out by Motos America).

The OTD price originally quoted was just to get me in the door. I understand dealers need to make a profit but these markups are insane and trying to negotiate resulted in a pitiful discount. I was actually shocked the salesperson gave me the quote with a straight face. Better off driving further and purchasing somewhere else like I did.

If they don't have something they're always helpful by either trying to get the part in or share ways to find the part. Their prices beat most online prices!! I spend hours researching and obsessing over the smallest part, trying to make sure I get the best deal and the best part. I then head over to these guys and get the same deal or be I can support a local shop and still get a great deal. I have lots of friends who ride off road/motocross and I often hear horror stories from their experiences with other shops. I have nothing bad to say about Northwest European Cycles. As the bill went up to refurbish my suspension, no fault of MX Trends, he took the time to salvage anything he could and get me the best deal on parts possible. The turn around was much faster than expected especially with the amount of work that went into it. My suspension feels so much more progressive and smooth now, like a new bike. Suspension work, at least in my experience, is a hit or miss, and MX Trend is definitely a hit. Great job and I will be returning to you for my own as well as my son's set up. Thanks again!
