I was told that everything is made fresh daily in the morning and the popular juices will be sold out by the evening. Presentation of the food was striking. It maybe difficult to see but the salad was coated with a very thin layer of avocado/guacamole and topped with grated cheese. The avocado/guacamole made the salad taste amazingly delicious. Lasagna is a favorite entree at the restaurant. Composed of multiple layers of vegetables and sauces, this was one of the best vegan dishes I've ever had. At one point, I almost forgot that there were no meat in the lasagna. I must disclose I love tomato sauce and this entree had plenty of it. So to address the elephant in room, would I recommend Pure Food and Juice? Absolutely, if you are into plant based vegan diet. If you are not, you may prefer to spend your money elsewhere because $22 for a vegan lasagna may not be worth it. I just cannot recommend a vegan diet to someone who doesn't like vegan food.
