From the delicious Chamoyada Loca to the crispy Chicharrones and even the sweet crepes and pancakes, everything is spot on. They've got really fun and wild combinations like Hot Cheetos with Cheese and Tostito/Dorito Elote that just knock it out of the park flavor-wise. Tonight I had Maruchan Loca (#6) which is Maruchan Ramen topped with Doritos, corn kernels, nacho cheese, sour cream, and Jalapeño. Esquites (#4) Street Style Mexican Corn Kernel, Mayonnaise, Cotija Cheese, Tajin, Hot Sauce, served in a cup. And a Mangolada which was a mango slushie with fresh mango, tamarind, gummy worms, and I don't know what. It was just a perfect drink to match the vibe of the this place. El Chamoyito is a new true treasure, a new hot spot in town that's mixing things up and delivering great eats with a side of genuine hospitality. The person taking my order tried to upsell me at every step, not telling me what things cost and nothing outside of the drink was labeled anywhere. Like the price of syrup and the cold foam was not clearly shown anywhere. Again at every step, the person taking my order tried to get me to pay for a 20oz without telling me, offered me cold foam without telling me about the pricy upcharge. I was so convinced that i heard her wrong because that price for one drink is ridiculous that I paid it. Also I heard that the owner takes all the tips meant for the workers.

They will remember you, even if you move away for years and pop in to say hi. They are the definition of what people hope to support when supporting small, local businesses. I live in Tampa, FL Joe and despite being in an environment where juice is "popular" it doesn't compare to the green juices Sage made me. I recommend hitting this up for epic green juice, better yet, just tell Heather or Sage how your feeling and what your hoping for (energy boost, decrease bloat, help inflammation, etc).
