This is the absolute worst run establishment in town. The service is terrible, they refuse to help the guest in a nice way. They take forever to get any order out. The order ahead makes zero Sense the way they have it set up. I have privately emailed management about a year ago. We have not returned and would rather give our money to Ten and Two; but we tried again the other day and nothing has improved, clearly upper management does not care how poorly this is ran. Shop Local and go across to ten and two or I would rather drive two seconds down the road for Starbucks. There is a reason for the low reviews on here. read more

Standard Scooter's. The two-way drive-thru is pretty convenient. The coffee is prepared and tastes the same as other Scooter's locations. I give it 3-stars simply because I don't particularly like the way Scooter's coffee tastes. (For that matter, I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, either.) I've been drinking Scooter's off and on since they opened their first store in Omaha, NE (I frequented the Bellevue location). This location is just as speedy as any other and the baristas are equally as friendly. If you've been on the Starbucks bandwagon and are looking to try something new, give Scooter's a try... you might just prefer it! read more

July 5th, 9:30am: I am writting this hoping the Owner, Manager or someone cares about this feedback and also cares about growing the business at the Lansing Scooters. I live close and would prefer to spend my dollars here - versus the new Starbucks that opened a mile away from this location. On 7/5 I ordered a large coffee with cream, with room at the top. When I ordered this, I knew this order (a coffee with cream) could be a problem for this crew because the Barista did not know how to use the cash register and she had to ask for assistance. Please note: I am a tipper! I gave her a $2 tip beacause I beleive we need to take care of - the people who serve us. Three times - I repeated my order and 3 times, I asked for room at the top. Why? I had a meeting in KC and did not want coffee spilled on my clothes. As I was waiting for my coffee, it felt like the staff were not focused. It was like "social hour" in the small building. As the coffee was handed to me - it was filled so full (to the rim) that when I grabbed the coffee - it basically imploded and the coffee went all over the side of my car and the left side of my white shorts. I just drove off - without another coffee and they received a $2 tip for this experience. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location which is another reason why I am posting this. Over the years, we have loved some of the Baristas that we have met at this Scooters location. I want this Scooters to stay in business -- but I am also writting this review with a Starbucks coffee, I just purchased. Hopefully someone at this location reads this and cares enough to correct some of the operational and managment issues at this location. Just keep it real simple: "Take care of your customer base and show them you care" -- Thank you for reading this. read more

I've never had a bad experiences until today. I purchased my drinks waited longer then usual for them to come back with them (which our drinks were not made correctlythey were zero bars). They had a summer tumbler advertised in the window. I wanted to see it so that I could possibly purchase it. I wanted to see if it was an insulated cup and what the straw felt like the girl looked at me as though I was crazy and said nahhh I can't do that I can't allow you to see it. I even tipped as I always do. I will not be going to this location anymore. Lansing location has given us hell a few other times but this topped it off for us. read more

Starbucks is gross. We all know it. You don't have to keep pretending like you like their burnt coffee and syrupy lattes. Go to Scooters. They have so many flavor and milk options. They offer Almond, Soy, Coconut, Whole, and 2%. The girls are always super sweet at the window too. My current obsession is an iced almond milk vanilla latte. Perfect amount of sweetness (it actually tastes like espresso, not syrup) and idk what almond milk they use but the flavor is bomb. Scooters fo lyfe. read more

I got a large iced americano, and I ask for cream once it is made because I don't like very much. When the cashier brought it to the window I asked, "Could I get a slash of cream in this? Just a splash, really, a small amount?" When she brought it back she had poured out an inch of my coffee and filled it with cream. It was too rich for me to finish. And I didn't have time to ask her to remake it. I go to this place every time I am in town, this was just very disappointing because I had been so specific and it should have been very simple. read more
