This is an awesome drinks-only addition for Hobbs, NM. Located in front of the JC Penney at the Broadmoor mall, this drive-thru only venue offers the classic and original hot or iced lattes, smoothies, shakes, lemonades, teas, energy chillers and fizz drinks. Today, 8.14.2025 I mistakenly thought they were open completely for business. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady who explained I currently had two small hot or iced options only, but they were free! This was their practice run. :) While she was explaining more of what was to come with a menu she handed me, an equally friendly guy - perhaps the owner or manager on duty - brought me two packaged rubber ducks because he "noticed I was a Jeep that collected" them. Thanks again! My daughters really will think it's the coolest thing. My iced vanilla latte was on point. Creamy with rich notes of a robust coffee. I can't wait to come back on Monday or a later date when they have their full menu up and running. I'm eyeing the wildberry smoothie or the Ocean Breeze Sunrise chiller. I'm definitely on board with this "cultivating kindness" motto 7 Brew has. This is only the second location I've been to. I'm a fan. Banana comes through, but it tastes more like taffy than organic banana. Service was fun and they all had great energy as we went through the drive through. *** Undergrounds Coffee = the great drive-thru latte lifesavers ***…read more This Undergrounds Coffee is the sister to the cafe of the same name on Grimes Street. Unlike the bigger Grimes location, however, this is a simpler, faster version. This Undergrounds features two drive-thru windows parallel to Dal Paso Street, so no matter which direction you're headed you can easily choose the shorter line and still be able to continue on the same path just as smoothly. During the holidays, I thoroughly enjoyed my "Log Cabin" latte while my kiddos sipped their small hot cocoas on a road trip to Texas. Prior to that, I enjoyed the slight sweetness of a 16-oz. hot pumpkin spice latte for $4.75 (10/4/2022). The employees are usually friendly & efficient, never pressing you to add a tip if you pay by card. That's why I suggest to bring cash. Unlike a few other coffee shops in town, they open early and usually 7 days a week. Follow their Instagram for weekly specials on lattes, teas, smoothies, & drinks for kiddos: @ug_hobbs.

After my healthy wellness exam on January 12, 2026, I decided on McDonald's. LOL…read more I used the app to order my breakfast. The chick who answered at the drive-thru spoke ridiculously fast. It's a good thing I already knew what to expect to hear. Yes, I'll be using the mobile app. Now, how much coffee have you already had at just before 8:30 AM. The unhealthy breakfast of a Sausage Egg Biscuit with a slightly greasy hash brown and a medium iced vanilla coffee ($7.66) was fine. My issue was with the other youngster at the second drive-thru window. I could have easily just left since I had my meal, but she proceeded to tell me to wait then questioned her co-worker if I paid. Surely they have a better system or perhaps she was just a newbie... In all honesty, though, this location on the south side of Hobbs, NM, seems to be the best of the three.

Daybreak Diner is a no-frills, slightly out-of-date breakfast and lunch diner in Seminole, TX…read more This place is easy to miss because it's in the same building as another business called CYA Trucking Insurance. There was ample parking in a gravel lot. I popped in on August 18, 2026 hoping for breakfast, but it cut off at 11 so I missed it. Service was warm and friendly, but I didn't like how one of the helpers neglected to clean up the dirty dish water that she contributed to spilling on the floor from their cart. She saw it. I saw her see it. Lol. If you ignore a problem, it suddenly doesn't become yours anymore I guess. Must be nice to be so... okay, I'll stop. I requested the $10 daily special (small burger with fries and drink), but my waitress charged me for something else. I wasn't mad about it, but the food was definitely overpriced. My food came out under 10 minutes. I had a thin 1/4 lb. patty cheddar cheeseburger with very flavorless chopped jalapenos and all the fixings with homemade fries ($14 + $.54 for the cheese and $.54 for the jalapenos) that at first tasted like they had been dunked in old oil then got better plus a plain black coffee ($2.07). That set me back a whopping $19.10. The burger reminded me of one that I used to get often with friends at a cafe that has since closed down. It was delicious and probably a million calories, but Jeff Lynne sang "Don't Bring Me Down" and so should you. RATING BREAKDOWN (4 stars overall) Food: 5 | Service: 4 | Ambiance: 3 | Price: 4

Just like the Hobbs High colors. Go Eagles! I ordered a box of 6 which set me back at $22.37, but keep in mind these are large cookies - just like the ones at Crumbl or Cookie Plug in L.A. My daughters and I split each cookie into 4. We tried the following: Red velvet Oreo, Biscoff Explosion, Salted Caramel Reeses, Crave milk chocolate chip, Snickerdoodle Toast Crunch, & The Crookie.
