There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

Very expensive repair work. $$$$$$$…read more Was recommended by another shop who were unable to do repairs as the work was beyond their scope of expertise. I decided to have the repairs completed locally as opposed to taking the Benz to my regular mechanic in Newton, Massachusetts. Brought the car in for one repair estimate. There were recommendations for about 8 other needed/suggested repairs. Easily could have gone into a $10k repair bill. However, I opted out on a couple items which brought the repair bill to just under $5k. Nice enough employees, however it did take a week for the repairs to be completed. Totally understand that foreign cars are much more expensive to repair than domestic models. The positive side is that the repair work is guaranteed for 24 months with authentic parts specifically related to the automobile they are performing the repairs on. They use Benz parts for Benz repairs, BMW parts for BMW repairs, etc.

I was greeted immediately by a helpful young woman and directed to a clean, cool quiet waiting room with a circulating air purifier. Nice! So far so good. In just a matter of minutes a nice young man Robert gives me the situation. I get nervous with my older difficult foreign sports car. They can be So temperamental ABD pricey!! ! However, Robert seems knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease. He gives me options and good advice, never pushing and not upselling.The pricing is SO reasonable! Needless to say I was greeted in English (wich doesn't matter to me because we're in miami) and treated with the most upon respect to my needs! Not to mention the speedy service as a " walk in customer" my experience with tires 4 less was A++++++++ and in and out in less than 30 min. They reassure and asks what your needs are and return your vehicle in a well manner time. By far the best place to go for help with your transmission!!! Honest and reliable…read more My 2006 Ford Explorer was slipping out of gear regularly and had turned off on me twice while driving. After being told at a high end shop that it was probably the transmission pump and it would run about $1700 to $1900, I decided to take it somewhere else. I advised this high end shop that it may be the tranny fluid and to please check this first; however, was told that the fluid level was fine. I was referred to WiWi's by a nearby shop and when I arrived I was greeted by WiWi himself! He took me for a spin and immediately mentioned that it was probably the fluid level. He pulled the car around back while we chatted, asked his employee to top of the transmission fluid. What came next shocked me! His co- worker states "I don't know how this car was running, it just took 5 quarts of transmission fluid". I was shocked!!! The best part about it was that when I asked WiWi what I owed him, he said nothing just buy me an expresso and we call it even. Unbelievable!!! I didn't know honest people like this still existed in the auto business! WiWi's shop will always be recommended by me moving forward. P.S. I am at a bakery buying pastelitos and expresso for my new friends. :)

I brought my motorcycle for a simple oil change and they recommended replacing the front brakes so…read moreI approved it. When I picked up the bike the front brake lever was completely loose and you could pull it all the way to the grip with almost no braking. They told me this was normal with new brakes and said I should just pump the lever and ride a few miles. The bike felt unsafe so I went straight home. I do not live in Miami full time so the motorcycle sat for about two and a half months and when I came back the exact same dangerous problem was still there. I brought it back to them and instead of taking responsibility they kept trying to blame me and even claimed the problem happened because the bike was sitting. The brake worked perfectly before they touched it. Then they told me the only solution was to replace the entire part for $570 plus $120 labor. I took the motorcycle to another mechanic 30 minutes away and he fixed the problem for $80. Very dishonest mechanic poor workmanship and terrible customer service. I would not trust this shop with any motorcycle especially for something as important as brakes
