Our daughter has been searching for that viral cotton candy ice cream burrito and we found it here! She was so excited. Ordering consist of choosing your 2 cotton candy flavors, 2 flavors for your ice cream, and 2 toppings. I'm not going to lie, the thought of it didn't make me feel too excited about trying it. Our order was ready so we prepared our pallet for a sugar overload/takeover. I have to admit that it was NOT as sweet as I anticipated it to be. The texture of it all was such a cluster of deliciousness - I loved it. You have to eat fast or the ice cream melts and hardens the cotton candy. We ended up eating the ice cream out of the cotton candy. Overall, it was worth a try. It was an expensive $20 dessert, but my kiddo left happy and that's all that matters. Service was amazing since there was only one server and she was doing everything: making the waffle cones, making the cotton candy and she was super nice too. They have a variety of flavors: we opted for the ube, birthday cake, and Kahlua coffee. The ube was nice and light and not overly sweet. And the Kahlua coffee had kopiko bits in it. IYKYK. We got toasted marshmallow on everything because we're obsessed. Everything was yummy and not too sweet which was nice. But I also saw that you could go even further with your sweet tooth and have a cotton candy ring around your ice cream cone too! Not for the faint of heart. But you do you boo! read more

The ube ice cream was the highlight, smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. It really hit the spot and had a nice creamy texture. The walnuts added a good crunch and some extra texture to the dessert, though the pairing felt a little awkward at times. The concha itself was good and better than many I've had before. It wasn't overly dry, and they warmed it up which helped a lot. That said, conchas tend to be naturally a bit dry and crumbly, so that texture is somewhat unavoidable. Since you can customize the pairing yourself, it's possible we just didn't choose the most complementary combination. Service was amazing, the staff was very friendly and even let us sample flavors, which was a nice touch. The ambiance was good overall with a nice look to the place and cool decor. Yet doesn't offer help or refund. I tossed his ice cream on the counter and we literally ran to get the medicine to stop his reaction. The building is remarkable! So beautiful, so clean, and has the perfect esthetic! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with energetic smiles and a welcome! The customer service was top tier! I cannot have sugar, and they explained their sugar free options, and when I tell you it is so good!!!!!!!!!!! I am not even kidding! My husband said his Oreo cookies waffle cone was delicious as well! I got a cup and was able to add toppings!! We came for the famous cotton candy burrito and it was every bit as wild as it sounds -- three scoops of Marianne's ice cream, two toppings, plus another topping of your choice, all wrapped up in fluffy cotton candy. Total sugar overload, but in the best way possible. Shoutout to the guy working when we went because he was putting in WORK carefully wrapping the burrito so it wouldn't fall apart and making sure it looked good. Got the Kahlua, had nice flavor however lacked in mix ins. The cone was stale and lacked in flavor, for 2 dollars I would have expected more. The total was 30 for one cone and one bowl, the ice cream was not bad, but lackluster for the price, and it seems like they were compensating the experience of getting the ice cream for the actual flavor and quality. Her and are husband are serving up the scoops which is so cool. Ya'll go line the door down the street so she can open another one and retire early. Super fun place for cotton candy and ice cream with a twist. I had a vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone and I got real toasted marshmallow on the top. It was delicious. We had a birthday celebration and the nice gentleman behind the counter treated my daughter to her ice cream.
