Really delicious. My waffle cone was warm and fresh. My nieces ice cream scoop fell minutes after buying and was replaced. Everyone behind the counter was kind. Good vibes. Only con is the couch. Super pretty color. Totally understand that ice cream messes happen, especially with children. But the couch looks a bit gross so sit on. Cute ice cream parlor with ice cream stools at the front entrance and chocolate dipped waffle cone lights hanging from the ceiling in their cozy corner. Service was amazing since there was only one server and she was doing everything: making the waffle cones, making the cotton candy and she was super nice too. They have a variety of flavors: we opted for the ube, birthday cake, and Kahlua coffee. The ube was nice and light and not overly sweet. And the Kahlua coffee had kopiko bits in it. IYKYK. We got toasted marshmallow on everything because we're obsessed. Everything was yummy and not too sweet which was nice. But I also saw that you could go even further with your sweet tooth and have a cotton candy ring around your ice cream cone too! Not for the faint of heart. But you do you boo! read more

8.3/10 We ordered the Ice Cream Concha and paired it with Ube Ice Cream and Walnuts. It was a good dessert and a pairing I had never tried before. The ube ice cream was the highlight, smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. It really hit the spot and had a nice creamy texture. The walnuts added a good crunch and some extra texture to the dessert, though the pairing felt a little awkward at times. The concha itself was good and better than many I've had before. It wasn't overly dry, and they warmed it up which helped a lot. That said, conchas tend to be naturally a bit dry and crumbly, so that texture is somewhat unavoidable. Since you can customize the pairing yourself, it's possible we just didn't choose the most complementary combination. Service was amazing, the staff was very friendly and even let us sample flavors, which was a nice touch. The ambiance was good overall with a nice look to the place and cool decor. It did feel like it was starting to look a little worn or slightly dirty in spots, though they also just recently opened so it may just need some upkeep. read more

My husband said his Oreo cookies waffle cone was delicious as well! I got a cup and was able to add toppings!! We came for the famous cotton candy burrito and it was every bit as wild as it sounds -- three scoops of Marianne's ice cream, two toppings, plus another topping of your choice, all wrapped up in fluffy cotton candy. Total sugar overload, but in the best way possible. Shoutout to the guy working when we went because he was putting in WORK carefully wrapping the burrito so it wouldn't fall apart and making sure it looked good. Had the concha ice cream sandwich with 1020 ice cream for $7.95. It was delicious, concha was warm and fresh, 1020 ice cream was fabulous and tasted so fresh. Had them add toasted marshmallow to it as well. The menu has some fantastic items that I need to go back to try. Got a container of earth cotton candy for $5 for my grandkids. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of seating and it was very inviting with lots of cool ice cream decorations. Lots of parking in the lot in back. Second time customer Second 5 star review. Why, Because Scoops is the BEST. Tried 2 new flavors, Banana Nut which is my new favorite and a Marble Black Raspberry which was great, Very Berryful.... Great new ice cream place! Very inviting atmosphere. Their heavenly peanut butter ice cream was perfection. I wish I had a carton in my freezer to enjoy whenever I wanted. Un flipping real ice cream. Owner is an absolute doll. She was so passionate about her ice cream and her dream of running her ice cream business. Her and are husband are serving up the scoops which is so cool. Ya'll go line the door down the street so she can open another one and retire early. The place is clean, decorated beautiful, smells delicious and has quality ice cream that matches the fun and viby atmosphere. Super fun place for cotton candy and ice cream with a twist. I had a vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone and I got real toasted marshmallow on the top. It was delicious. We had a birthday celebration and the nice gentleman behind the counter treated my daughter to her ice cream. The cotton candy was so fun to watch being made and he made it very creative and the two that shared the cotton candy couldn't have been happier. First of all... before the ice cream, absolutely AAAAMAZING customer service. My daughter had been wanting to try the ice cream burrito forever and her wish came true finally. The best part was the employee Micheal went above and beyond to make the experience so fun for her. Brought her out a stool and all so she could film him making. Ice cream is so delishious! I got chocolate on the delish fresh made waffle cone with toasted marshmallow. Hubby got a raspberry lemonade with peach that was delish! The line out the door made me think that this was going to be amazing! But I was very disappointed with the very small selection of flavors. They had absolutely no chocolate flavor anything and it was mostly fruit flavors. My husband got the Ice cream cone with marshmallow fluff and it was overwhelming with how much it had.
