They give samples so you can try the ice cream which comes from a really popular shop in Santa Cruz. The music isn't too loud or overstimulating and there's lots of seating. We got a waffle bowl w/toasted marshmallow and a single scoop of ice cream. I honestly underestimated how large a single scoop would be and it was a more than decent size scoop so she does you good. I only gave a 4 stars because I wasn't prepared for how much toasted marshmallow there would be but other than that it gets a 5. Since you can customize the pairing yourself, it's possible we just didn't choose the most complementary combination.
