Im giving a 4 star because the people working were the absolute best! The inside is so cute and makes you feel like you're in an original ice cream shop. The ice cream was ok. The waffles cones are made in house and they are probably the best cones I have ever had, but the actual ice cream was a little on the icey side, they made all their flavors in house and have a ton of options. Im my opinion, if they could use a higher fat cream in their product it would make the flavor 100x better, I missed the creaminess. It was definitely a fun experience and the cones were amazing, but with the cost and flavor, I might hit the DQ up the street in the future. read more

This place is ridiculous. They are so overpriced for what you get. You're better off going to Dairy Queen. Someone needs to open up an ice cream shop and put this guy out of business. Scoops serves fresh, homemade ice cream and other treats. Some flavors can be made upon request like Rocky Road, you just have to ask. The atmosphere gives off an old time, classic vibe. My wife said it was the best chocolate milkshake she has ever had. read more

What a charming establishment! It has a classic, old-school ice cream shop vibe with excellent service! We were able to get ice cream for a group of 7 very quickly. It was a real treat to taste so many unique flavors and be served with such patience. We were initially surprised not to see classic flavors in the case; however, upon further learning, all ice cream flavors at Scoops include a base flavor with add-ins! So don't hesitate to ask about flavors not in the case, as they usually have 70-86 flavors available at one time! Also, if you're looking for a specific flavor, just ask -- they can probably mix it up for you! And lastly, don't forget to check the QR codes on the case to see the full menu. read more

I love how this place has so many flavor options. Every time I go I try to get something new because there are just so many that sound good. I love how inclusive this place is and how nice the staff are. My one criticism is they open later in the day. I'm about a 25 minute drive to their shop and when I go into town I'm usually there earlier. So unless I'm in town later I always seem to drive by when it's closed. read more

The big problem with this place is the selection. Oh Lordy, how do you CHOOSE? Baskin Robbins, eat your heart out with your paltry 31 flavors, this place has you beat twice over. Awesome ice cream shop that has plenty of flavors to choose. I had the North Bend (chocolate salted caramel with Heath Bar pieces) in a waffle cone. Husband had the Rocky Road in a waffle cone. They make their own ice cream, and we liked that the ice cream was not too sweet. The good thing is that the employees wear masks and appear to be taking the proper precautions. First frustrating thing is the online menu does not reflect what they actually have in the store. The person I was with craved licorice ice cream - and Scoops advertises it on the website. However, the employee told me they had not made any in a while, even though it's still advertised as available on the website. Prices are a bit steep for the area - I get it that the ice cream is homemade, but still steep pricing. read more

Thanks, I appreciate your response and would like to respond to your response. On the day in question was a Tuesday and it was closed. This may have been a short time but around 2-3pm we tried to get a shake and it was closed. As far as your prices, your ice cream is great and glad you hand make each flavor. In this time where the economy is out of control I urge you to see about other alternatives. There is a fair processing plant not 5 miles from you have you tried getting discount bulk creams through them ? If you can lower costs your repeat clientele will grow. But ice cream is a item which people will avoid when the economy is like it is now. Try running special flavor prices or discount days and see the benefits. Please keep making it from scratch but find ways to make it viable. read more

Very poor service. The guy behind the counter was wiping the sneeze guard and even though we said we were ready to order, he said 'let me just finish and then I can help you'. A minute later he came and took our order. The ice cream itself is not that special. The cones were pretty good though. My ice cream had what looked like a hair in it. He definitely saw it as he handed it over. But didn't offer to take it back. The other guy sort of watched us from a door way. All in all, an experience I won't repeat. Lots of interesting flavors but tasted more like it had been made using non-fat milk. Not creamy at all. My husband got the smoked chocolate and I got the ginger. Both were seriously lacking in flavor. We tossed them both after a few licks. Disappointed. :( read more

Worst service we've ever encountered! Sat there for 20 minutes while the server walked by about 4 times without acknowledging we were there. We were the only ones who hadn't ordered yet. We left and went to Dairy Queen where we were promptly served! After reviewing the stores reply it is obvious that with a smart ass like Robert in charge it is no wonder why service sucks. The dumbass completely missed the point. We are aware of restrictions and deal with them all the time. All the server had to do was acknowledge our presence and say " we'll be with you as soon as we can" and we would of been fine. Probably the best poutine in Oregon. I love Canadian poutine, and while this is technically not quite the same, it is very good, indeed! I will have to give it another try during my next visit. It's that good!

There's a good amount of seating both inside and outside this vegan restaurant. It's rather noisy…read moreinside if many are talking. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The homemade "burger " patties are actually pretty tasty and make a nice sandwich (and I'm not vegan but was there with friends.) They did the sweet potato fries in an air fryer which I suppose are healthier; the problem was it's limited in how much can be done at once and our 3rd person had to wait for theirs. I noticed they did offer several salads which looked good as they were served to others. If you're traveling with vegan friends this restaurant is a lovely option!
