The observant young counter lady seized the moment and slipped the medium plastic cup into a larger one that permitted the top to snap on the rim without damage to custard sitting on top. A bit of practical intelligence there. Yes. I loved the combo of peach cobbler and vanilla creamy custard. It was very satisfying, without being unduly sweet. Both times the staff is cleaning and packing up, seem rushed and unpleasant as if they are annoyed I decided to come in at this time. Most likely they are trying to get ahead of things so at 9 they can leave. I understand that, however, if the store closes at 9 customers should be able to get items until at least 15 mins prior. The last time they actually said they could not give me anything because the acai was too hard. Tonight I arrived approx 8:20 and after my bowl was made the staff member gave me my bowl and said sorry we are out of honey. I find that hard to believe. The store opens tomorrow morning and honey will be needed for orders. My guess is it was already put away and she didn't feel like getting it out again. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The bowls are not the same, in my opinion, without honey. Please educate staff on customer service and the time they can clean/pack up, not make orders. If orders are limited after 8:15 please post that so customers are aware to arrive before that time or they risk not getting what they want. Thank you
