Hannah will send daily text messages along with pictures which makes my heart happy. It's always fun to be on vacation, but it's also always stressful too because i miss the fur baby. I know that at the beginning and the first few days that they're a little bit sad and scared, but after the first couple of days, they seemed to warm up nicely to Hannah. I wouldn't trust anyone else to watch my new cat Oliver. Thank you, Hannah and VIP Pet Services.

We were preparing to embark on a short 4-day trip but it would be the first time we had ever left our dogs behind and I was very nervous about finding a sitter/company that was a good fit for us. From day 1, VIP impressed me with their level of communication and organization. Their online client portal is easy to navigate and great for checking your schedule, pets info, etc. Nancy, their Director of Client Relations, is incredibly detail oriented, great at follow up, and actually does what she says she will do (a rarity in this day and age!). Our assigned sitter, Amber, took amazingly good care of our pups. Her communication was stellar and I felt the entire time that it wasn't "just a sitter" there watching our pups, it felt like a family member was taking care of them. I truly felt like she treated them like her own and couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're searching for a pet sitter I HIGHLY recommend VIP. You will not be disappointed.
