Even with the huge crowd, Traveling J's was running like a well-oiled machine. Two people--just a chef and a cashier--were absolutely cranking out orders while still keeping the line moving fast. Impressive! We narrowed our choices down to two items to split - Gourmet Grilled Cheese + Garlic Cilantro Fries (upgrade) and Hummus with carrots & cucumbers. Add two cold drinks and our total came to $28.62. Not bad considering the generous portions. When we opened our to-go boxes, we were seriously impressed. The hummus was smooth and creamy, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with spices. The fries were crispy (not soggy!) with just the right kick of garlic and cilantro. And the grilled cheese? Perfectly toasted, melty, and stuffed with sweet, crispy bacon. Cheese was oozing, bread was golden, and it was everything a grilled cheese should be--and then some. The portions were more than enough for two hungry adults, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I even made sure to compliment the chef--he looked like he'd been hustling nonstop to keep up with the crowd, and it showed in the quality. Next time, I've got my eye on their fried Halloumi cheese. It looked AMAZING coming out of that truck. Bottom line: Fresh, flavorful, filling, and run by a hardworking duo who know what they're doing. Traveling J's is officially on my "must-eat-again" list.

It's our favorite meal to make together, so having it at our wedding felt personal and meaningful. After searching online, we found Pizzasmith, and we truly could not be happier with how our wedding dinner turned out. We wanted to serve an entirely vegan menu, and the Pizzasmith team was so excited and eager to help us make that happen. They worked with us to create four incredible varieties of vegan pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about the food and many were excited to enjoy the extra leftovers with us the following day. The entire team was wonderful to work with: friendly, responsive, and totally on top of the schedule we had agreed on. Dinner service went smoothly and stress-free, and the fun, casual vibe of the pizza truck added so much joy to the atmosphere. We're so grateful we found Pizzasmith. They helped make our wedding meal not only delicious, but truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The Dominican burger, as it's called, was just enough to whet my appetite ( no sides needed ), and I wouldn't ask the chef to change a thing. The ratio of bread to meat to sauce was properly balanced. I appreciate that he used thinly shredded red onions and lettuce in the sauce. Muy muy bueno! I have to admit that I was bugging out a little when I realized that the food truck is diagonal to the Lancaster County prison. I wasn't aware of that beforehand because I wasn't familiar with the area, and I didn't think about making a preorder for pickup. I was just trying to find some highly rated ethnic food on Yelp and just happened to stumble upon this listing. I was out there waiting for my food at 11pm for like 20 minutes. I wasn't scared or threatened... it was just a tad weird. the whole time I sat out in the park across the street from the cart I kept looking over my shoulder. The neighborhood Papi's were out there in full effect getting their late night grub. I also wished that the prices were listed on the menu. Someone posted a picture of the menu 4 years ago and chimis costed $5 each back then, but I paid $10 per Chimi. That's a helluva markup over a short span of time. On the bright side they do take cards unlike some other food trucks.

I called the number to make sure they would still be open, they said yes they were open till 2 AM. We quickly picked up our dogs and made the hike across town to check this place out. Our pups sipped on some water as we waited. The food was excellent! They only gave us 1 fork to eat it all but we managed. (We had already started to head home that's why we didn't ask for a second fork.) The staff is super friendly and if we go back again we are focusing on the Yaroas, they were phenomenal, the Longaniza was also yummy :)

I first came in contact with food made by Brad and Tim, (the owner and operators of the Trè Locally Sourced food truck), when they made and were responsible for the food at Cafe Frais. At the time they were using the kitchen as their commissary as well as cooking for the cafe. Unfortunately the cafe was shut down after about a year of operation but Trè Locally Sourced continued to flourish. They have now been in business for two years. The reason I am familiar with all of this is because our daughter, who lives in Emmaus, was the baker for Cafe Frais. In addition to doing all the baking for the cafe she eventually became the manager for the front of the house. When the cafe closed she started to work exclusively for Trè at various events. This is why I knew that Trè was at the Yergey Brewery this past Wednesday night. I went up to Emmaus to bring our grandchildren home for the weekend. Everyone was hungry, Since I already knew that Trè had good food we stopped for dinner. This is our honest review that we also posted on google. "My, my! I stopped at the Tre Food truck at the Yergy Brewery tonight and scored some dinner for my 3 grandchildren and myself. WOWSER!!! Brad and Tim are the guys from Cafe Frais so if you were feeling a little sad about losing out on their great food you can just follow their food truck around. My 11 year old grandson and I had the beef empanadas filled with grass fed beef and served with some mayo with a kick and pickled jalapenos and carrots. Description on menu: local grass fed beef/wild fox farm potatoes/olives/peruvian hot pepper, aioli/salad Confession: I'm gluten free but since I was going to open my gluten window tomorrow (for Thanksgiving) anyway I figured why the heck not? I should tell you that you get 2 very nice sized empanadas. The empanadas were great! We both chowed down on them. My grandson said, "The shell had a good texture. The filling was flavored well. The spicy mayo was a good touch. The pickled veggies complimented it well." He would prefer the veggies to be pickled a bit more. This is a kid that eats cold raw sauerkraut with his pork roast. As for me, I really appreciate that they use grass fed beef. Thank you. My 8 year old grandaughter ordered the shrimp gyro. The menu description: citrus poached shrimp/shaved lettuce, and pickled red onions on a toasted pita. I traded her a bite of my empanada for a bite of her sandwich. Once again Tre nailed it. The granddaughter said that the shrimp had nice fresh dill and it was cooked well. The pita bread was great. She didn't eat her pickled onions. (I'm about to go in and nab them..... They were smokey, which I wasn't expecting. I'm not sure I liked them.) My 14 year old grandson ordered the pulled pork. Here's how it was described on the menu: 24 hour braised pork/dijon bbq sauce/chef side (which was coleslaw). To be truthful this kid is not the most adventurous with his food choices. When I asked him if he wanted the chef's to put the sauce on his pork he said it sounded great. Here are his exact words after eating his sandwich: "The pork was cooked perfectly and it was nice and juicy. The bun seemed a little bit stale. The sauce was amazing. The slaw was decent." You have to know that this boy does not eat coleslaw, EVER. Stupid me forgot to tell the person who took the order to keep it off the sandwich but it turns out he ate it without a word! Tre was also selling giant cookies - gingersnaps and maybe chocolate chip? We passed because we knew tomorrow was Thanksgiving and we wouldn't be holding anything back. Thank you Tre. You rock! Total Bill: $38
