But, everything happens for a reason. My experience with Korey, however it was decided that he should be paid less, was nothing short from stellar. He just wants to make me look good and carefully analyzes before making his cuts confidently. I am glad we both took a chance on each other and gained valuable perspective about relationships between a stylist and a client. Hopefully, I tipped him enough to express this. I'm not sure an extra $5 bucks up charge would have gotten me a better experience from a "better" stylist or if that amount is worth more than potentially scaring off clients from people like Korey but I have no problem with including that towards his tip instead.
