I can't rave about this place enough! I absolutely adore Daniel, Bella and the entire staff! Every morning when I drop off, everyone says hello to Ellie and shower her with affection. Even teachers that haven't been in her class before make it a point to say "Good Morning" and complement her or give her a hug. Ellie usually walks through and waves to everyone like she owns the place. She's been learning so much from them too! She sings a ton of different songs and every day she comes home with something new to say or sing. We just had another baby and can't wait for him to start there too. We have been considering moving to a different county but this day care is what is holding us back for now. That's how much we adore this place! If you're on the fence about choosing a day care center, let me tell you, you won't be disappointed with Kiddie Academy of Centreville! Original 2016: We have been enrolled at Kiddie Academy for 3 months now. At first visit, we loved this place because the smaller classrooms and the video streaming capability. But the hours and the prices weren't comparable to the area. So we went with a different daycare initially. After a horrific ordeal with that other place, we decided as parents that we would make this decision for our infant, not because of money or convenience and I am so glad that we did. Somehow, we are able to make it work scheduling wise and it's about more expensive than other places but we were able to make that work too. The staff is absolutely amazing! The kids love their teachers, the parents love the staff and the communication I get from Kiddie Academy is more than I could have imagined. I get pictures and updates through the app and able to log on and see my kid anytime of the day. I can't believe there aren't ANY reviews out here for them because this place is amazing!

The thing that I really appreciate about the teachers is the fact that they want to learn more about the respective cultures of the student body so that they can prepare them for the diverse world that exists outside of the school. My daughter is part of such a warm and welcoming environment, so much so that they even invited parents to come in and contribute towards a special event yesterday to better understand and appreciate the importance of Lunar New Year to my family and the other families that celebrate. We have been at Eye Level Fair Ridge since 2016. It started out with just our daughter (then 6…read moreyears old) attending to help her with understanding key math skills. We have tried other learning centers, but none compare to what the teachers here did for her. My husband and I did not know why our child just didn't understand simple math, as we explained it to her and she learned it at school. The curriculum, patience and approach at Eye Level is well suited for children of all ages. We used to struggle with how to help our child and now she is independent in completing her own homework. The teachers have noticed the improvement in her skills and confidence as well. Our son soon started attending. He does well in school, but he saw how his sister enjoyed the eye level classes, so he asked to attend so that he could improve his Reading Comprehension and writing skills. Since he started the English portion, he has not only gained confidence in his writing abilities, but he has improved his comprehension skills. Our kids enjoy going to Eye Level every week. Mr. Vijay, Ms. Eunice, and Ms. Pooja are very good at keeping the pace with children and making it very fun and an interactive environment to learn.

While you'll not find all of the payment information in one place, you'll soon find that you're doling out a lot of money up front that will be returned to you under NO circumstances. First, you'll pay a "registration fee." Then, you'll pay "reserve tuition," which is equivalent to a full month's payment, for which you will receive NO services. And if you later decide to use a fewer number of days, this fee will NOT be reduced. THEN, also up front, you will pay 20-60% of the full year's tuition. Now, you may think that that payment is not an additional fee because the 20% supposedly covers the last two months of the 10-month school year. HOWEVER, in the fine print, there is the stipulation that these funds will be forfeited if the school determines that there are "behavioral" issues with your child. I have not met many behaviorally perfect 3-5 year old children! While I am not saying that this school will expel your child and keep your money on false pretenses, the payment policies are a perfect setup for that sort of thing to happen. It could happen that you pay over 70% of a full YEAR'S tuition (not a small amount, in my world) and forfeit it with very little service given. If you have that kind of money to spare, are confident that your child will have no "behavioral" problems, and feel that this school will be able to provide a competent educational experience for your child, then proceed with enrollment! Otherwise, caveat emptor! I have never encountered this sort of payment policy trap anywhere else, but I have learned the expensive lesson to watch for it in the future.

Everyday he would talk about what he did at camp and what he planned to do tomorrow at camp (it was a coding/design camp). My son loved how the counselors were teenagers who shared the same passion as him and coached him on how to develop maps better. Very nice faculty too where adults can sit in a hallway with a huge glass window and can see what the kids are all doing without disturbing them. Great faculty and staff!
