My wife found this place after an amazing, if exhausting, tour of the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. It came highly recommended and seemed appropriate for our quest for great pizza. There is a reason why such a small place gets such great reviews. It is incredible! We got three pinsa style pizzas: a margherita, a Napoli, and a Romana (guanciale, mozzarella, pecorino, and artichoke). The crust was crispy and delicious. The ingredients were top quality! The tomato sauce was perfected simplicity. Under 30 euros for the pinsas, a coke, and two glasses of wine. Can't be beat! Strongest recommendation possible! Perfect for affordable eats in the heart of Rome. Tip: we were there on a Friday and it closed at 5. So, check ahead to make sure you don't miss out! read more
