My doctor made a referral for me to have a couple of skin tags removed. I got to the appointment…read more20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and then proceeded to wait for an additional 40 minutes before being taken to a waiting room. 10 minutes later, someone came in to see me. I showed them what needed to be done and they said they would schedule an appointment. I asked why they're not doing it today and I was told this was a 10 minute appointment, not to remove the skin tags. I wasn't told this up front when they called to confirm my referral from my doctor and when they charged me $110 for said 10-minute appointment! I took the afternoon off from work to make that appointment and now I would have to take another off as well? Needless to say, I canceled the secondary appointment that was made. Communication is horrible and the prices they charge (without letting you know up front) is absolutely absurd.

When you spend that much money and nobody even notices any change, then you know it was a waste. I had to go there several times to find out why they weren't sending me the final picture package. At one point they couldn't even find my pictures. It was an unprofessional experience - no consistency - 3 different people took pictures and they were bad and had to be redone. It's like whoever was around took the pictures, not an expert. In the end, the package I got did not have side by side pictures of before and after. That's probably because there weren't any differences. And I don't know if the person performing the procedure knew what she was doing because she doesn't even work there anymore. Was she fired? I don't know.
