Don't get me wrong, Dr. Brehaut is a terrific doctor who helped saved my Dad's life when he had a stroke and helped give me precious extra months with my Mom when she had a major stroke. However, we had trouble getting records forwarded after his office closed. Maybe he subcontracted records forwarding to a firm that made an error or maybe there were technical issues with electronic forwarding, I don't know. Nevertheless, we've heard that we weren't the only ones. Dr. Brehaut's contact information online appears to be out of date, so it was difficult to contact him directly to voice concerns about records forwarding issues. As such, we filled out a DOH-3867 form. We just politely wrote that Dr. Brehaut is a fantastic doctor, but for whatever reason... something happened to our forwarding request. Albany proceeded to contact him on our behalf to facilitate records forwarding. Again, a really great doctor, he's done great things for my family! The only minor medical concern I ever had when we visited him was that I thought he was somewhat too cautious about the vaccine. But again, if anyone else is having trouble contacting him due to outdated contact information online and need to get records forwarded, mailing a DOH-3867 form might help.

I had issues with my thyroid since 2013, and I needed to see a new endocrinologist because my last retired and he was highly recommended by my doctor. I went in to have a needle aspiration done. I had new labs, and I also had a new sonogram of my thyroid. He suggested that I wait six months and repeat the sonogram because it was a new technician that he had sent me to, and he wanted something to compare it to, like the one before it done only a month before wasn't adequate, Life got busy and I was unable to keep my six-month appointment, and I did it shortly thereafter, along with new lab works. Yes, I did have a new problem. I had swelling in the right side of my neck, which they didn't know if it was my thyroid or lymph nodes because I was ill. So I made an appointment with the doctor farkouh to go over the new test results and have a needle aspiration done, which was what I went to him in the first place. He was pissed because my GP had set me for the labs and the new ultrasound. He would not discuss any treatment with me, told me that I needed be seen ENT and have my thyroid removed, which is a crock of crap when he didn't even do a physical examination on my throat and didn't look at my test results!!! He was very argumentative when I asked questions, totally different doctor than I seen the first time. I would not recommend him to touch even my cat!!!

It's like whoever was around took the pictures, not an expert. In the end, the package I got did not have side by side pictures of before and after. That's probably because there weren't any differences. And I don't know if the person performing the procedure knew what she was doing because she doesn't even work there anymore. Was she fired? I don't know.
