They stated that the resident orthopedic surgeon was not going to be back in the office for 4 weeks. They asked me if I knew of an orthopedic surgeon that could perform my surgery. I had no clue. I asked my buddy Nick, he highly recommended Dr. Russell LaFrance at Hamilton Orthopedics because his orthopedic sports surgical background. I called his office to make an appointment and explained my situation. In 2 days I met with him and 2 weeks later I had my surgery. Dr. LaFrance did an exceptional job performing my surgery. At my 2 week follow up appointment, he stated that I needed physical therapy to strengthen and regain full functionality of my arm. He referred me to RM Physical Therapy, he stated that "they know what they are doing" regarding the rehabilitation protocol for my arm. On my first day at RM Physical Therapy, I was assigned to my physical therapist-Erik Harris. Erik was amazing! He was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. With all humility, I want to give my most sincerest thanks and gratitude to Dr. LaFrance. He helped me when I really needed help the most!

Upon entering this establishment on 2/22/19, I noticed that the place smelled very musty. The…read moreinterior and decor are extremely dated, with Christian music playing and Christian decorations/reading material all over the waiting area. I didn't mind this too much, but the service just confirmed my suspicions. Dr. Elaine also works as the office's bookkeeper and secretary. She called to inquire about my insurance policy and gave the customer service representative a horrible attitude from the start. Her husband, who is also a chiropractor there, was in one of the examination rooms, screaming at someone on the phone. He then proceeded to make his way to the front room and scream at his wife to give up on our insurance, after only five minutes on the phone with our policy holder. When we asked if they would be seeing us or not that day, due to the insurance situation, both Elaine and her husband began to scream over each other, in what I assume was an attempt to explain the situation. We explained that their attempts at explaining were unclear and proceeded to leave after they told us we wouldn't be able to find chiropractic services anywhere. All in all, this was a horrible experience with deplorable customer service. I can't say how efficient they are at their chiropractic services, since I didn't get to experience them, but if their attitudes are a testament to their care I would stay clear. Their screaming match gave me a panic attack, which they didn't seem to give a single care about. Also, they are not LGBT friendly, from the impression I recieved.
