Mike was fantastic, analyzing the problem and offering me several possible solutions. While he was working on the one gutter, he even partially re-shingled the slate tiles that had been blocking the gutter. His work went above and beyond and the price I paid was absolutely fair. Mike is an ethical contractor - if he tells you he needs something done, you can count on it. I think his Christian faith motivates him to do the best he can to glorify the God he serves. Sidenote - just because it's a Christian business doesn't mean he pushes his faith on you - he's there to do a job, like any other contractor. If I have any future gutter needs, I will call on 3:16 Gutters. I highly recommend them.

David arrived on time and was very polite throughout the process. However, I was surprised that he…read morecame alone without a team, especially given the scope of the work--a full move-out cleaning for a 5-bedroom home. The job ultimately took the entire day, from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Toward the end, David mentioned that his vacuum was already packed away and declined to retrieve it, which left certain areas less thorough than expected. While the overall result was acceptable, the work would likely have been completed more efficiently and with greater attention to detail if additional help had been provided. The pricing was reasonable and on the lower end compared to competitors. That said, I would have preferred paying a bit more for a team-based approach that could have completed the job in fewer hours with a higher level of efficiency. Additionally, I noticed that David posted a review on Yelp stating I was satisfied, which I found misleading. When I discussed this with David he said you signed an agreement to allow me to take photos and give reviews when you signed your initial contract. I found this a little shady. Reviews should be written by the customers themselves, not the service provider. Overall, I would rate the service as average, around 3 to 4 stars.

Find out only himself doing the work and only there couple hours and charged almost $1000 to do an entire roof of a 3200 square foot house, front of a garage and front of the house only to get back of house roof done and part of the front of the house roof and porch post and front of garage. Also left alot of mess and streaks on the house of what he did and moss laying on my rain gutters and new patio. When called him definitely sly of how he worded the contract/estimate. He said he would come out for additional charge to finish the roof of the entire house that was to be done the first time around but that i supposedly didnt ask for the entire roof to be done, why would i allow half the roof with moss to be cleaned and not the entire roof? Definitely slick but fool me once never again!!
