So far, I've had my master bedroom, master bath, two guest rooms, and the guest bath painted. Work began on time. All the painters were kind, polite, tidy, and skilled. No concerns. No complaints. Aside from a little dust, the project site was clean and tidy. Highly recommend for a job well done. Thank you!

Fair pricing, as well! The operations manager Adam was very helpful in getting the job scheduled when it was going to work best for my family. I knew it was going to be a 2-3 week job and scheduling of start/end dates becomes important for a project of that duration. Kudos to the whole crew for nailing those dates. Last but certainly not least, the two painters that were leading the execution were outstanding! Erin and Craig were the best. Worked tirelessly everyday, including weekends, to get the job done on schedule. They were the consummate professionals- hard working, considerate, quality-focused, and really pleasant. They did an excellent job prepping and painting and handled everything with care (including my dogs which tend to be inquisitive). Thanks for the great job Erin and Craig. Having used this company once before and liking the work of the painter Robert, the owner, sent to…read moreour home we decided to use this company again. This time there were two different painters and Robert himself that came to do the painting. This was a surprise for my husband so Robert had agreed to bring a second guy and get the work done in one day. Robert was informed that I had injured my back and I asked him what I needed to do before their arrival. He stated I should just remove anything fragile. I did that . In my opinion, this time they did not leave my home the way they found it . Mud from shoes was on the shower and throughout the house were they had stepped. Blood was found on faucets, bathroom towels and walls where they had worked . All the heavy lifting wasnt moved back by them even though Robert asked me what I wanted and I had said I wanted it moved back. Touch ups and second coats needed to be done. I sent Robert pictures and he requested to talk to my husband and me in person. I thought he was coming to make it right, but he came off as very amped up and seemed to try to blame me even saying it was a set up. He complained to my husband how I didn't move the furniture and have the place ready to go for them He told my husband he should have left right there and then and not taken the job. He even said he pointed out the mistakes and that I had known about them. He talked just to my hustand and when I talked he would talk over me and try to have a conversation with my husband. He seemed to me to be very rude towards me and was getting me very upset and I felt insulted. He offered to come back and do the work, but at this point my husband didn't feel comfortable with the way he spoke to me and him being in our house alone with me or anymore . We came to a verbal agreement that rather then have them come back Robert would send back a small portion of the money paid. My husband said he would rather fix and finish the work at this point . Very disappointing to me since this was a gift to him. Robert was in agreement and told us he would send the check the next day . We never received the check and were left with having to clean up, complete touch ups and add a second coat.

Kyle was fantastic to work with, he removed the wall paper, patched up areas that needed fixing, and even moved furniture around for us. He made the whole process incredibly easy and the end result was beautiful, it looked like a whole new house. It raised the value of the house way above the cost of the painting. We also really appreciated that throughout the process he was straight with us about what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell us or create unnecessary hassle. Anyone who has ever had to help an elderly loved one move out of their long time home knows that the process can be a challenge and it was nice to have one less thing to worry about. He was so great to work with that my parents also decided to hire him to paint some of their house and he did an awesome job on that as well. He was great with working around my parents dogs as well which was an extra touch that meant a lot to us. I can't recommend working with Kyle enough!
