This has been my ENT for a little over a year. Went to Dr. Brandes for some sinus issues I've been…read morehaving. After numerous appointments, antibiotics, testing etc. it was determined that I should have surgery. I went for a second cat scan to make sure there wasn't any "changes" from the first one which was approximately a year prior. I agreed, and proceeded with the test. Again, it was agreed upon to have surgery. I scheduled surgery for November 9, 2022. On November 4th, I received a phone call from a number that I did not recognize, so I let it go to voicemail and figured if it was important they would leave a message or call back. A message was left. It was Dr. Brandes office telling me that unfortunately they would have to cancel my surgery for the 9th and if I had any questions, I could call back!! Seriously??? IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?? Maybe one.....why is my surgery being cancelled??? It took me about 1 1/2 hrs to finally reach someone I could talk to...prior to this I kept getting a recording to leave a message. The girl (not sure on her title) told me that Dr. Brandes asked her to call his patients and cancel all his surgeries, he was selling his practice and he has a lot on his mind!! Well, guess what....don't we all!!! She said they would call me back the next day, which was a Saturday or the following Monday so we can figure out my next steps!! No phone call!!! Neither days!! Actually, I'm writing this on December 29th and still no phone call. I did however receive a letter from E.N.T. Surgical Associates (Dr. Brandes) today that states as of December 31st, he is retiring!!!! He sold his practice!! You know what....good for him!!! I get it!! It's probably time!! No, it's probably over due!! I do not have any issues with the man retiring....what I do have issues with is that he took my money and time for over a year, scheduled my surgery, and then cancelled 4 days ahead of time!! He knew well in advance that he was planning on selling his practice and stepping down. He should have NEVER scheduled my appointment for surgery knowing he wasn't going to do it!!! The practice has been sold and other Drs are seeing his patients, unfortunately I do not feel comfortable having anything to do with Dr. Brandes nor the Drs he recommends. Find a different practice to be seen, like I have to do after a year later.

After seeing my PCP and a natural doctor...I wasn't fully recovered after months of trying other things too. So I needed to see an " ENT specialist". To be honest, I wasn't super excited to go to an ENT doc but I had to do it. I went to see Dr. Warren Brandes and let me tell you, my experience was AMAZING! He made me feel super comfortable, relaxed, and truly listened to my concerns and issues. I never felt rushed. His feedback was honest and his care for his patients is real. He also has a fabulous sense of humor. Makes the trip to the doctor truly a breeze. He is an awesome doctor and super smart! For those of you that need to see an ENT doctor, I would highly highly recommend Dr. Brandes. He truly cares about you and your health 110%!

I went to over 6 ENT's, including my old ENT, and none of them believed me or wanted to help me. Through a doctors referral, I found Dr. Compton and his associates. Dr. Compton was awesome!!! He recommended an in-office procedure that corrected my breathing and helped with my sleeping. Past doctors had me go through sleep studies and unnecessary procedures that cost me money, and ignored my problem. I am going to leave a positive review for him on here, Yelp, and anywhere else I go. THIS DOCTOR KNOWS HIS STUFF! THANK YOU FOREVER DR. COMPTON AND YOUR ASSOCIATES!

I also had many issues with the process - conflicting paperwork, long wait times (the day of my consultation the doctor wasn't even in the office until 30 minutes after the appointment time), told to be there at 7:30 the day of my procedure and got texts and calls at 6:50 the day of asking where I was, told I would get a product package that I never got, and being laughed at when I disclosed personal information. STAY AWAY!
