I called on the phone and asked for a 10x10 unit, but my judgement was a little off. I needed a 10x15 and they immediately changed the unit for me. The fact that i'm taking time out of my day to write a brutally honest and bad review about this place goes to show really how bad my experience with this place was. It's in need of major repairs, filled with bugs, not to mention the coded door lock being broken for months. We kept our storage here for about a year or two and made all the payments on time and in exchange we got nothing but disrespect. Not to mention when I go to check the reviews I also noticed there are other unfortunate reviews about how this lady has disrespected other customers.
