I see it's very popular here in Texas and this is my first time truly experiencing the H-E-B moment. Really some of the highlights is they have a lot of people checking you out. It's actually real people, they have baggers that bag your grocery up. They will help escort you to your vehicle. This is old school customer service type grocery store and the prices are just the same as anywhere else if not a better deal. With the prices increasing, I've started to spread my wings and look at other places for my weekly shopping. I visit Walmart, Aldi, and now H-E-B. I don't know if with this store, you can pay for a membership that will waive delivery fees; if so, I may do that when the store in Euless opens. Since COVID, I've been glued to delivery. Really, each time I've gone there are at least 15-20 takes fully occupied with 4 people each (sometimes more) They play Mondays from 1-3pm and Fridays 6-8pm. To make matters worse, after I cleaned up the mess, the employee told me to make sure I threw it away somewhere else and not in the store's trash can. I found this unnecessary and unprofessional. Accidents happen, and I take responsibility for my pet. However, I hope management will encourage employees to treat customers with more kindness, professionalism, and respect.
