Kroger is easily accessible in a large shopping parking lot with ample parking for every guest, and they do a real good job in returning the carts right back into the store, preventing dings and dents to your beloved vehicle. I usually come here to pick out a couple of stuff I would need for the week but end up leaving with a whole shopping cart. The deals they have are second to none, and sometimes you just can't pass up a great offer. I would first say to download the Kroger app and become a rewards member to get the best bang for your buck! For every dollar you spend, you will get 1 point, and once you reach 100 points, that is 10 cents off a gallon of gas on one of the many gas locations that support Krogers reward program. Second, you can add digital coupons offered only to exclusive Kroger reward members for amazing deals and offers. They have everything you need here to get through the week. The bakery is always baking fresh bread and cookies, and they even have freshly baked pretzels. The deli department has a wonderful display of deli meats and prepackaged meals for every working person whose time is precious. They have a great beer and wine selection, where they carry local craft beer and will even let you build your 6 pack. This Kroger has an extensive selection for pet food, and the prices are unbeatable compared to the local businesses nearby. They also sell kitchen appliances ranging from instant pots, cookware, and kitchen utensils. They sell clothes and also have a Kids small toy aisle as well. The ambiance and environment they set almost feel as if you were in a superstore! This is my go-to store when shopping for everyday essentials. The employees are always nice and friendly and are eager to help and provide assistance when needed. I understand that sometimes the lines might be long, and the cashiers are short-handed, but I honestly believe that's the way the world is moving now with the self check out machines. Their gas station is so ass there's never attended there. I wait 30 minutes for somebody and yet nobody comes. I call and ask how long it's gonna take and they tell me they don't know and I called the manager and the manager doesn't know if somebody's calling the manager about how long it takes somebody to get to a gas station, maybe they should get to the gas station instead of telling me I don't know, fix the problem. It is understandable that in any business you might find someone with a bad attitude. However, today at Kroger, except for two helpful people, everyone else I encountered, looked and acted as though my presence was a complete nuisance! I asked two different men where to find chorizo, they each gave a different direction, neither one correct! Near giving up, I encountered a really pleasant looking man, stocking in the bakery. I asked if perhaps he knew where to find the chorizo. He said he didn't, but he would find out where it was and take me to it! He did just that, and he did it with a smile. His name was Rene, and I wish I had his last name. Thank you Rene, Kroger is lucky to have you. I asked someone else where to find the microwave popcorn, he pointed me to where he said it was, and I told him I had already been down that aisle, and said again, I want microwave popcorn. He assured me that it was "on the right, at the end of the aisle!" I looked again, as carefully as possible, but it wasn't there. Let me mention, I'm 81 years old with a bad back! Lucky for me, a nice young guy saw me struggling, and asked if he could help. I told him what I needed, and he said it was on the next i aisle, this wonderful fellow was Cebrion B, he needs a raise!! Finally, shopping done, I head to the register! The young woman behind the counter, never once smiled, and seemed totally disgusted that she had to be there! I bought Lays potato chips, the advertised price was buy 2 get 3, I assumed it was buy 2 get the 3rd free, so I took 3 bags. At the register, I told Miss Sunshine about the advertisement, She actually acknowledged that I was talking to her. When I got to my vehicle, I looked at my receipt and I have been charged for three bags of Lays chips I went back into the store stood in line at customer service, and was told that the advertisement was misleading, and that I should go back and get two more bags of potato chips, then come back to customer service and then takeoff the cost of one bag! So, I go back for two more bags of chips, and now the line is even longer. I can't believe Kroger hasn't done something about this store and it's employees. There is a new HEB coming soon, and Kroger will be in big trouble. I hope the employees at this Mansfield Kroger don't think they will get a job at HEB, HEB wouldn't put up with your attitude for a minute, and neither will I, when there is Market Street just across the street. Shopped at and ordered "pickup" from this location for the past 5 years. After this last encounter I will not be shopping there again. After I mistakenly put my pickup date for the next day instead of 2 days later I called to inform them. The automated answering demon asked me who I needed to speak with and after replying "Pickup" she came back with, "I understand you need Deli". Yea they sound alike. Once I got her to send me to Pick up I waited about 5 min w/o an answer and she gets back on the line to redirect my call. A live Kroger employee asks how she can help and as I was in the middle of explaining how I had put the wrong day for pickup... BANG, put on hold w/o a word and waited again for 5 min w/o anyone ever answering. Where I go for non-Asian stuffs. First of all, not the friendliest cash registers you find in town and that gets deductions. I find these place to be convenient, just an exit from my exit perfect place to get my orchids. I purchased a MasterCard gift card at the Kroger on Broad Street this morning for $130 when I get home to register it I was informed that this number had already been used. Even though the card was still in its wrapper I contacted Kroger customer service and they sent me to a different number. The person at that number said that once you purchase a gift card from Kroger, it cannot your money cannot be refunded. You have to go to MasterCard to get your money back which could take 7 to 10 business days. It is ridiculous that I can't go back to a store where I purchased this gift card with the receipt in hand and not get my refund for something at the store sales. I'm pregnant and have tried to stay in since the quarantine. I have used Kroger Delivery via Instacart for the past six months or so. So I place my order today and was happy to have a spot for the same day. I get a message that my ordered had started. My "shopper" who I will refer to as Shoplifter for the remainder of this complaint, was Anajda T. (1st screenshot) She preceded to shop informing me that certain items were not available and offering replacement suggestions. (2nd- 5th images) It then says that my groceries would be delivered by 11 am. (Image 6) At around 2:50 work died down so I step outside of my office into the living room and ask my family if groceries were delivered. They all said no. I go back to message to see if it was cancelled or delayed. It wasn't. Instead it showed as completed (delivered) . (Image 7) I called Kroger, they said I had to call instacart. So I called 1 (888) 246-7822 at 3:01. The wait time was said to be approximately 59 minutes. . I waited and luckily the wait time was about 15-20 minutes because I had a Zoom meeting at 3:30. The Instacart rep confirmed it was already delivered. I told her that I never received my groceries and we reviewed our cameras no one ever came by. Unbothered she confirmed my account and told me I would receive my money back in 3-5 business days and ended the call. Pissed is not the word. I finished my Zoom call for work, but something said call back so I called back. I spoke to another instacart rep who said I don't show that your refund was processed. . She transfers me to customer service for Kroger!!. The lady I spoke with was super nice and informed me that my case had to be escalated and that I would receive my refund within 2 weeks !!!, but she would give me a 20 dollar credit now. Gee thanks! I spent 84.37 for groceries that are now at Anajda T's house. I thank the lady and ask to speak to a manager. She obliged and I spoke with a manager from Kroger who confirmed that I had to wait 2 weeks for my 84 bucks after they verify. I tell her she can come by and watch the camera footage at my house, there were no deliveries today, but I understand. She gave me a case number because she was going to "escalate" the call. I'm 7 months pregnant and I was trying to multitask and follow quarantine to keep my family safe. My neighborhood is fairly new so if any of my neighbors would have received the groceries they would have walked them over. They were not delivered. Now I have to send my husband to the store to spend another 84 dollars and hope that the items I requested are still there. What if I spent my last money? What if I didn't have a husband to go get food, I am a high risk category for COVID and 7 months preggers! What if that was the only food I was able to get for my kids? It is sad that the person took my groceries, but if she needed it I hope she was able to feed her family. My concern is that neither Instacart nor Kroger were able to indicate what the plan was to address the theft that occurred. In the times we are in telling someone to wait 2 weeks is poor customer service. One of the Kroger reps informed me that she had processed 4 issues just like this today. Do not use instacart! Opt for store pick up and put your COVID bodysuits on because someone could steal your groceries and it may very well be the person who you are trusting to deliver it. Only getting 1 star because I can't give zero. Store has steadily declined since opening. Parking lot is filled with trash and stored doesn't look clean inside. Check out is a joke, never lines open. Don't ever try to use ClickList because it takes 2 days to get your order. Placed an order with 4 items with a pick up 6.5 hours later and got a call saying it would be ready until the next day. Clicklist review: I love this store and continue to pop over to my clicklist weekly. I'm a official online grocery shopper it saves so much darn time. I will only walk into the store if I have to get 3 or 4 items and that's it! I will not do the, I'm in here for 1 1/2 hours with a grocery cart getting stuff for the week, those days are over. Spending 2 hours total: making the list, shopping, hunting down items, over paying cuz you put to much in your basket, loading, unloading putting everything away. Next sit at home and get your iPad and get online with Kroger clicklist and start shopping. You will notice coupons while buying items click on that to save. Then pick your day and time and BOOM done. I love this. Plus I drive thru and get prescriptions at the pharmacy and then you get points for grocery and thru the pharmacy to save money on gas at the pump. Win, win, win! And I get to see the wonderful clicklist crew that I completely adore. The whole group is so helpful and fun. I love them. Great sale options. They provide the order and pick up service. Have a drive-thru Pharmacy, clothes, a jewelry store and a Starbucks!! My husband had asked me repeatedly why I continue to shop here. He said they never have anything stocked and the fruit and vegetables always look really bad. I always advised it was closer, however, I have learned my lesson. I was making a purchase and the cashier advised me that my purchase could not be purchased separately. I advised her I had purchased it this way before. She went and got another lady who said we have never sold the individual item. I than advised her I had bought it as an individual from this store over the holidays with no problem. She went on to argue with me and I purchased the remainder of my items and left. Very unprofessional, she could have said I had never known it to be sold that way, but unfortunately our system won't allow us to do that anymore. Over the last 2 to 3 years, I have tried the grocery pick up several times, and every single time, they call because they cannot fulfill the order on time. I understand once or twice, but this is unacceptable. When the calls come in, the employees act like they are doing me a favor and really couldn't care less. I will not continue to support a business with such poor management and customer service. We've been coming to this location for almost a year, and haven't really had any complaints until the last 2 months. Every time we've come since, we've had to bag our own groceries as multiple workers meander about behind us, socializing. It's very stressful trying to bag your own groceries -- the cashiers scan your items quickly, which leads to your items getting crushed. The cashiers usually don't even help you bag after they're done scanning. We've literally had our items thrown at us as we're trying to bag. If we didn't have an entire cart full of items we would go to self checkout. I feel like we deserve a paycheck at the end of every visit. read more

This store really turned around and has come back better than ever. Still usually out of organic whole milk and organic heavy whipping cream while the shelves are full of low fat, no fat, stuff. Wish they would stock what people want. Check the FDA updated guidelines on fat. But store is clean and generally well stocked. This Kroger is pretty nice as far as Krogers are concerned. Most Kroger stores are old, run down, and some even smell. But this Kroger is in Mansfield so it's none of those things. The produce selection is wonderful and hosts a variety of produce, not just apples, oranges, lettuce, and grapes. The produce is fresh and prices are reasonable to boot. Everything in this store is nice, including employees. They actually greet you and are willing to assist, if needed. I have never waited in line for a great period of time. There is also a gas station where you can redeem the fuel points you just earned. read more

This is a signature Koger. So, this location in Mansfield on broad st. have a lot more to offer then a regular Koger. Since my home is close to this location we shop only here for all of our groceries. It's always clean and employees are courteous. Always well stocked. There bakery and deli section is very good too. I bought a bag of donuts on Dec. 29 with the expired date of Dec. 20th. That says it all. 11 carts in line for each of only THREE manned checkouts plus 17 in line for the self check out one place and 15 in the other self check out. Disgusting ladies bathroom at 10:30 am on a Tuesday. no soap. no towels. 1 broken toilet. One with no toilet paper and the other with a seat falling off. This store opened with great expectations years ago. Now it is on the same level as the Kroger on Matlock in Mansfield. Dirty with no customer service. In terms of product variety and arrangement, Kroger Marketplace is above average. However, on 4/28/2022 at around 08AM only Self Checkouts were open. There was only one assistant to help those who are new in the country like myself. She was visibly over worked and irritated when I asked for her help. She came to assist grudgingly and never waited to confirm if I had used the Self-Checkout machine correctly. That particular assistant should be more welcoming when clients are trying to understand how to checkout as some people can be new in the country! read more
