They also came out with a new credit card from Capital One that has some of the best offers, such as 5% cash back from Walmart online purchases and 2% cash back in store purchases with an exception for the first yr 5% cash back when using Walmart pay. Don't order curb side pickup. You will wait there forever and no one will care to check on you either. Their supervisor has every excuse available except any accountability. Don't bother to call the front desk, they'll either let it ring or hung up the phone. Asking for a manager will get you no where. I don't think there even is one besides fake pictures on the wall. They're never there or available to speak to. The store is always trashed and nothing down stocked. What we ordered, on one they couldn't find yet, went inside and got it. Bathrooms are never clean and always reek inside. It's time their managers and supervisors get changed out for horrible service at this location. Why continue to be kept in a position where you struggle or continuously fail? No sense of pride in that store or the staff for their own location. Sadly it's gone downhill. read more

Of all of the Wal-Marts we frequent, this is actually one of the cleaner ones around. This one is laid out a bit differently than the others, not sure why they move things around even tho the box it sits in is all the same. We actually had a hard time finding the pharmacy area, it's not up front like all the others. The self check out is nice, It's a very large corral area with lots of check out areas. One way in, one way out tho. Didn't encounter any staff that had a smile or even spoke a word. Not the friendliest of folks, tho the place is always clean and tidy, and always looks nice. read more

My comment mostly deals with delivery purchases. I only gave four because of problems I've had with the deliveries or the people who put the orders together. Is very very difficult to get a hold of customer service when there is a problem. They have them so so well hid so that it's difficult to find a telephone number. For the most part, they have in stock the items that I want to purchase. They do a substitution option, which gives you a chance to pick another item if they're out of the one that you chose. However the choices are restrictive and at least on the iPhone, you can only pick Out of the four or five that are shown. The option to "See More" doesn't work on the iPhone. I'm more than one occasion they have placed my groceries on the front porch of a different house. On occasion, some items are shipped and they usually come in ridiculously large packages considering the item that's inside. After all of this - I super super super enjoy the convenience. Guess I got spoiled after Covid so it's nice not to have to deal with the "specially dressed" Walmart daily shopper. For the most part, you can get a delivery at most anytime of the day but if you wait too long, you will run out of options and have to go to to the next day. I would say it's definitely worth giving it a shot! Works really well when you're sick or when you know, traffic is going to be really bad! read more

Stay away! Bought tires there 1 1/2 years ago. Two times I went in to get tire fixed because of a nail. Both times they told me it could not be fixed. I waited 2 1/2 hours on 7-9-25 to get a tire fixed and when I saw the small nail on the second tread, I blew up inside. Both times I took the tire to Discount Tire and both times the repaired the tire, no problem. Also at no charge and even rotated my tires for free. Walmart stated up front it would be 18.00 +. This may be a first, a wal-mart getting 4 or more stars. But I went there apparently just at the right time as all the planet's were in alignment in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and was able to get an oil change immediately. Now the oil change was uneventful other than I had to sign a waiver of stupidity that my dipstick was dry when they checked it. Another cya move by Wal-Mart. They also took pics of my vehicle like Don Davis does so I can't blame them for the rusted dents in the side of my truck. And they charged me for an extra quart of oil since my truck hold 5 quarts instead of 4 which is what their cheap oil changes advertised are based on. I'm ok with though since I didn't have to wait and it's still 20.00 cheaper than valvoline oil change (well actually not cheaper since I didn't pay anything, but didn't get anything). The only reason didn't give Wal-Mart 5 stars is that they didn't give me my "idiot it's time to change your oil sticker" and I had to go back and ask for it. read more

I've been very disappointed with this Walmart the last few months. While it is significantly cleaner and less busy than the one on Cooper in Arlington, there's a big disadvantage. This store has remodeled the entire check out area to include a whopping 32 self check out lines. When you have a large amount of groceries or large items, it's incredibly difficult to use the self checkout. It would be nice to be able to go through a line with a cashier, however they usually only have 1 or 2 lanes like that open and the lines are HUGE. Additionally, not everyone is able to use the self check outs for various reasons. And it takes a while to get someone to check ID for alcohol. I'll keep shopping here for the low prices, but more cashiers (more jobs!) would be a welcome improvement. read more

I used this in Febuary and they brought 270.00 and some change in grocery items, many were wrong items and duplicates. We sent back about half of it. I have yet to get a refund. This is expensive to use , you have to tip the delivery people on top of the 12.95 to use the service. If you call you are connected to a call center in India. Good luck , they told me that I would have a refund to my account in 48 hrs. Never came. I called back and the next person told me I would have to have my bank do a take back. My bank can't fo that, it's been to long. I am totally disabled and house bound. I thought delivery would be great. No it's a nightmare. read more

I called the Customer Service department and it took FOREVER to get to someone. I gave them my name and that I had lost my check book possibly there. They stated to wait on the phone while they look. They hung up on me. I tried calling again and they never picked up the phone. Either they know where it is and they're thieves or they don't want to look because it's work. ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO PRICE MATCH THE ITEM YOU ARE BUYING IN THE STORE IS THE SAME PRICE AS IT IS ONLINE!!! Went online to the Walmart website to see if they had any dog kennels and online it was about $40 so I went to the actual store to get it and the exact same dog kennel was on sale for $60. When i asked an employee for help they told me that if it was different online then we can just price match it when we check out. Went to check out and the manager came over to try and fix what was wrong and keep trying to tell me that what I was looking at online was not the same kennel cause of such a huge difference in price but when she barcode scanned it with her phone it was the same one. She gave attitude but what else can you expect from a Walmart manager. Any ways went back about a week later and the exact same dog kennel was now for $80 while it was still around $40 online. Highly suggest going anywhere else for tire and lube service. If you do not make an appointment online they decide putting anyone who makes an appointment online goes in-front of you even after. After 1 hour of waiting patiently since 10:30 i noticed my vehicle was not yet pulled in, all my tires are from Walmart due to accidents while traveling and Walmart is usually available in a pinch. I asked reception about how much of a wait did I have due to my vehicle being in for warranty with tire. She let me know no one had an appointment at 12 and they would help me then. I come back around another hour later and watch them take my car and park it elsewhere to pull in a different car at 12:30. It has now been 2 hours. I ask why they moved my car and they said someone made an appointment online. Even during speaking to lube management he also throws his hands in the air explaining I don't know when we will get to your car because now there is a 15 car pile up for lube service. Let me guess they made an appointment online? I ask for my keys and go to discount tire and less than an hour with 15 people ahead of me there we are finished! But wait guess what I had to purchase a new tire due to the one I bought from Walmart 4 months ago being unrepairable and tread at a 4. How does that happen to a 2022 tire you ask yeah me to. Discount tire says I should go back and speak to store manager to help resolve why the 4 month old tire was at a 4 tread and if there was any way to help dispute. The store manager on duty was frustrated with me even making an attempt to resolve even with all my paperwork showing how long I'd had the tire the tread report on all my tires and decided to speak in a merry go round on what he was saying every next sentence was something different and when I questioned him he decided to raise his voice to me and tell me his manger told him to do nothing for me and if I was going to question him he wouldn't help me with nothing either. I tell him he's confusing me by saying he's offering a refund but when asking something further he says we'll your just getting a refund for how much tread is left on tire I'm returning? I tell him once more I purchased the tire 4 months ago and was told by lube management it may have been a defective tire. He tells me to take the partial refund or nothing " I deal with this everyday and walks away." I head inside and overhear them talking about my tire and how they would issue refund with their tread calculator and also charge me. So I receive $30 back for my 4 month old tire I paid $100 for but not until 3pm and not until getting yelled at by your available management. Discount tire is absolutely amazing! They are quick and effective. Their customer care is excellent and I suggest Walmart takes a few pointers from how they care for their customers because guess what tire and lube Walmart they also have people booking online! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will walk by 30 employees in that store, and half of them almost run into you, then look at you as if you did something wrong. If they weren't looking down at their phones, they would t have almost run into you, though. Their pick-up service is a joke. It is always missing something or is never ready on time. If the order is not ready, they don't notify you until it is time to pick it up. Pick up between 4 and 5? Text at 4 that order is not ready and they don't know when it will be. I tried to get a fitting room one time. Took 45 mins. If you need assistance of any kind forget it. If an employee sees you looking for something and thinks you're going to ask them for help, they actually run the other way. If you do ask a question and they don't have an answer, the response is sorry, I don't know. That's it. No, I don't know, but let me find out or find someone else. Recently, I read a review that the store manager refused to let a woman try on a swimsuit with her underwear on. He said it is his store and his rules. Any type of pants /bottoms are tried on with underwear on. Why would this be different. Then he threatened this man to be forcibly removed. The man didn't even yrll or get mad or curse. Called 3 other area Walmarts and they all told him that it is not Walmart policy. Last thing, they are ALWAYS out of stock of everything. I live within 1/2 mile of this store. I drive 8 miles and past this store to go to a different Walmart. Now, with the new information about the manager, I can see why his employees are the way they are. Terrible. read more

This is a review of the auto service center. If you want an oil change, tire rotation or new tires, them I recommend Walmart. No annoying or insulting u"upwelling." Got an oil and filter change with synthetic oil and tires rotated for about $40. They also put paper on the floor board to keep dirt out. Not all oil change franchises do that. Decent waiting area or you can do some shopping while you wait. I'll take this over the local Jiffy Lube or Discount Tires any day. Oh yeah, they are open on Sunday too. read more

This is a real Super Walmart! How do I know? Because in addition to food, pharmacy, banking, auto, electronics, and gardening center, they have a small selection of fabric! These people giving it 1-2 stars must have never been to the WMs in Dallas and other big cities because y'all have it so good here compared to some of the older, busier locations, and you don't even know it. As this was my first visit , I asked every employee I came across for help. The Subway in the back of the store told me right away this was going to be a long shopping trip if I tried to find the obscure items on my list by myself. And everyone was helpful and kind! The cashiers did not jabber on about each other's personal lives in front of customers. The restrooms were clean enough. And checkout was efficient. One improvement I'd suggest is planting more trees between parking spaces to provide Some Sorta Shade for the punishing heat! read more

I've been using Kroger as of late since the closest Walmart is 15 minutes. When I first got inhere I was all excited because the memories of low as prices came flooding back. However after being in here for 5 minutes I remembered it is Walmart since none of the employees speak or even make eye contact. They actually ran into my path multiple times. She even held up the line to be nosy when the csms came to talk to me they had already suspended my transaction but she was just standing there being in everybody's business instead of helping the 7 people she had lined up waiting to be checked out. (Tire and lube center review) If zero was an option that would have been my selection. We had a 4 hour drive and had to be somewhere by a certain time. Discount tire is across the street and we told them we had to leave by a certain time and would go there to fix a screw in the tire of they couldn't it in time. The first person that helped said about 30 min but maybe up to an hour max. 1:30 goes by and we think they may have forgot to call us. We go back there and they didn't even start working on it yet. My wife's grandmothers 89th birthday is missed because of this. We wouldn't get in town till past 11 due to their lie. AVOID this shop! The rest of this Wal mart is excellent! read more

If I could give this experience lower than a 1 star I would. On Sunday 11/28 I went into Walmart to purchase some supplies for my 2 year old son. I purchased a baby monitor that had a scanning issue at check out and caused the system to basically double charge me for 230.58. I was assisted by Team Lead Martha and her store manager Steve who wouldn't even come from where he was to directly take care of the issue. Long story short it is now day 4 and I have yet to receive my money. I have called their Electronic Payment line everyday since I made my first complaint for over an hour every time and I've got no response. I can't imagine how many times this must happen at Walmart as I see a few other stories about the same sort of issue. There needs to be a BBB investigation into how much money Walmart is thieving from customers through "erroneous" transactions. read more

Epic. Absolutely the worst customer service. Gave me a an $18 refund card which when used shows to be inactive. Called the toll fee number. (Automated) shows card to be inactive. I get that. Take the receipt to Walmart customer service. So, I go back home get the receipt for the card and return to Walmart. I get to customer (not) service and tell them the story. They tell me the card is inactive. Well "duh" I know that. So she goes to her manager and the manager says they have to wait until someone comes in to check the cameras to make sure someone didn't switch out the cards. Really, over $18? Yep, that's me I go all over Texas to scam $18 out of Walmart. DO NOT use this Walmart. They are scammers or have scammers working for them. Now I have to come back a THIRD time after they check the cameras. Again I could understand several hundred dollars, but $18? Really? Great job Walmart! read more

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this Walmart to no avail. I've always given up before reaching someone before but today I needed to speak to someone because they neglected to credit 2 charges back to my credit card. I have called 3 times this morning. The first time I called the photo center. It rang & rang until it was redirected to customer service where it rang & rang until it hung up on me. (12 min.) The second time I tried pressing 2 for electronics. Same thing. (14 min.) The third time I am currently on hold. Electronics finally picked up after 7 minutes of ringing & offered to transfer me to customer service & put me on hold & come back & check on me. IT HAS NOW BEEN 31 MINUTES! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Walmart is not Nordstroms', I get that. I have been in 100s of Walmarts over the years, but the ones in my area (specifically this one) with the exception of the pharmacy, which is very good, blows. No one working there seems happy, no one seems to want to help and no one smiles or gives decent attention to the customers. When asking where an item is I get pointed to an area. Customer service 101: you walk (or offer to) the customer to the item they were looking for not act like you work on the runway of DFW Airport. BF tried to cash his paycheck one day, after waiting for almost a 1/2 hour they refused to cash it and got an eye roll and told in the least apologetic or empathetic way, "I guess you'll have to try somewhere else." Ugh. What is going on in TX with customer service? Restaurants are usually spot on but retail has been very disappointing. read more

The Walmart pick up service is great here! I have been doing the online curbside pick up for over 6 months now and i have been very pleased.
