I trusted Jack enough to defer to his guidance/suggestions on selling strategy. Trusting the expert is what helped me get this house sold at a profit in less than 45 days on the market. My home was very difficult to sell due to some repairs that would be needed and the aesthetic. Jack was able to get 2 offers in less than 30 days and think of a creative solution to make the deal work. A lot of realtors can do the showings and be friendly. However, not as many can come through when it's not the perfect property to sell. He did a great job in setting a strategy, pricing, and good reputation with other realtors. He is my go to realtor and I would 100% recommend him.

From the very beginning of our home search, Linda was incredibly kind, empathetic, and genuinely invested in our success. Throughout a very competitive buying environment, she was consistently responsive, patient, and creative in exploring every possible solution. Linda not only guided us through each step with clarity and care, but she also truly understood the emotional and financial weight of the decisions we were making. Her combination of professional expertise and human kindness made all the difference. I would highly recommend Linda and Sierra Capital Mortgage to anyone looking for a partner in the home buying process. She helped make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel hopeful and achievable--and we're so grateful.
