    Have had zero luck getting any kind of an update on a service update for a day now. The system in…read morethe xfinity app simply says there is an outage and provides zero info on the status, it just keeps referring us to a status map that shows no status, just a house image on the street where we live. It has been impossible to get a live person from any number we have tried. There has been no update provided by text or email as promised in the system. Bottom line is that the customer interface is so bad that someone should be fired. Xfinity owes its customers better for the amount service runs each month. This customer interface indicates there is. No customer care... just make your payments, shut up, and leave us alone. Great customer service? What makes it even more frustrating than the fact that there are no updates, the only other info I found after extensive efforts today to try to get updates is the word that they do not give credit for time service is not available if caused by weather incidents! It is clear that Comcast/Xfinity just has no customer care, but who wants to bet that when it finally comes back that they will let us know and let us know that the can provide us a great offer to switch our cell phone service to then too... that happened the last time we had an extended outage. Perhaps I should just give the person that contacts us a link to this review instead of giving a live response?

    They came out to my house on A Sunday charged me the on call fee $283. They did not fix my air…read moreconditioner AND they miss diagnosed the problem. They told me it could take weeks to get a part that might fit it or I could put in a new system. 3 days later (I have no air at this time and 90 outside) a guy Named spike came out to give me a estimate on a new system $11,000.00 jut for air. I turned it into my home insurance and they questioned $11,000.00. I called 2 other companies and the first one was able to fix my air with a $92.50 part and $95.00 service fee. They are out for your money $$ and use Covid as excuse for the cost and delay in service. I called and asked for some type of refund because they misdiagnosed. They said some one would call me back two weeks now and no call or letter explaining. * DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! * highway robbery!!

    So last Tuesday October 11th, a gentleman came out to check our oil furnace. Well, came up as bad,…read moreI was very skeptical so I asked other companies for another opinion.. let me just tell you how much this company shined with that immediate comparison alone. Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true.. "There may be people cheaper than us, but you will not find another company that takes the time or does the quality of work that we do." Thank you so much!
