Greg exceeded our expectations. His vast knowledge, professionalism and passion was so appreciated. We spent a few hours with him. What a lovely, intelligent, humble human. Frankly, he blew my mind in all the good ways. There inventory is vast. We listened to Rosso Fiorentino, Totem, Klipschorns,and La Scala just to name a few. All under one roof!! We have not made a decision as to what to buy. We are going back in a few days to listen some more. I opened a ticket in January to have Xfinity internet installed at my newly constructed home, and…read moreeight months later I still don't have service. The first technician who came out said the overhead wire run to my house was too long and I was later told that Xfinity doesn't offer service in my area. That simply isn't true--my parents live directly across the street and have Xfinity internet. The bigger issue is that I already have underground conduit installed from the utility pole to my house. All that needs to be done is pull the cable through the conduit. I can understand missing that the first time, but after I explained this multiple times to employees at the Xfinity store, that information was never properly communicated to the field crews. Over the past eight months, I've visited the Xfinity store five separate times and made countless phone calls trying to get this resolved. My installation ticket has been opened and closed three or four times, yet every time I have to start over because the information about my property isn't being passed along correctly. It's been an endless cycle of misinformation and poor communication between the store, customer service, and the field technicians. The most frustrating part is that I've been ready for installation since January. The infrastructure on my property is already in place, but because of repeated communication failures within Xfinity, I still don't have internet service after eight months. I expected much better coordination and customer service than this.
