It was an emergency work as the house is in the process of getting sold by the end of June, but Geiger couldn't care less. Despite several calls starting from the middle of June, I could not get an appointment date. They told me very stubbornly that they would do the job whenever they can, and will not give me any date. Upon contacting the Insurance company and informing the situation, they authorized me to call another plumber and they came and did an excellent job in just 2 to 3 days notice. Geiger called me about 3 weeks later on Tuesday July 14, 2006 and informed that they would come and do the job next day. I told them it was too late and I didn't own the house anymore. At that time I did not know it would cause any issue, until I ran my AC. I heard a noise which was never there before the cleaning. I called the owner and explained to him I hear a noise while running my AC. He refused to listen and troubleshoot. I had to call someone to do a diagnostic check on my AC and it was identified that the line set needed to adjusted back to its position. Once adjusted the noise was gone.
