The people I spoke with on the phone were very polite and they genuinely wanted to help me through the process. I looked at all of parts that they replaced and only found a few issues. The first was a very small scratch of the rear bumper. The scratch was less an inch long and not terribly deep. The second was the spacing between the rear doors and the quarter panel. The spacing is just slightly larger than when the car was new. Overall, the two cosmetic issues are very minor and you wouldn't notice them without really looking into it. I would, and will, recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone. Marv's Auto body treated me and my car with respect and care, something that is hard to come by nowadays.

They do great body and paint work, however do not let them touch any other part of your vehicle!!!…read moreHe claimed he installed a brand new carburetor (and charged us for one), however it turns out it was rebuilt instead (from the 70's), the fuel pressure regulator was a high pressure fuel injected version that was over powering the carburetor, wiring issues (we are on our fifth neutral safety switch), rear end issues, alternator issues, chunks of metal in the oil pan, engine smokes on startup. Ten's of thousands of dollars later and we are considering scraping this engine (which was supposedly completely rebuilt) and starting over new. These issues should not occur with a rebuilt engine! Attempts to discuss this with the owner were ignored and the only time we were able to get straight answers from him was when he was billing us. There were multiple instances of us purchasing items for this car which he conveniently 'lost'. Bottom line, if you have body and paint work that is needed - go to them. Anything else, go elsewhere!

Reuel spend a great deal of time with us getting us acclimated to the new vehicle and getting things set up to make our life easier. I must say that Acura Corporate and Acura Financial Services were less supportive than our dealership and sales professionals. We've had 23 Acura's and have leased most of them - the pull ahead program was a complete sham with Acura Finance. Their name was in the return addess of a mailing that offered us the pull ahead program which generally had included the waiver of the last 3 payments if you took delivery of a new Acura. They took very little ownership and blamed Acura Corporate. We were bounced back and forth numerous times with neither taking any ownership for the confusion. For that reason we will continue to work with Vern Eide but will not continue leasing from the Acura or Honda line. After 23 Acuras and a number of Hondas we will no longer purchase new Acura or Honda autos.
