I said I never heard of this and was also upset that it took them that long to tell me what was going on. Also found out they were behind schedule when I was told they weren't. Of course, the service manager had to try stating this happens all the time etc etc. Was I taken advantage of, probably. Took the car to a friend to rotate the tires and the Lugnuts came off just fine, took him 20 minutes. I will NEVER go back as this is not the first time I have had issues with this dealerships service. I gave them several chances and each experience was not a good one.

They do great body and paint work, however do not let them touch any other part of your vehicle!!!…read moreHe claimed he installed a brand new carburetor (and charged us for one), however it turns out it was rebuilt instead (from the 70's), the fuel pressure regulator was a high pressure fuel injected version that was over powering the carburetor, wiring issues (we are on our fifth neutral safety switch), rear end issues, alternator issues, chunks of metal in the oil pan, engine smokes on startup. Ten's of thousands of dollars later and we are considering scraping this engine (which was supposedly completely rebuilt) and starting over new. These issues should not occur with a rebuilt engine! Attempts to discuss this with the owner were ignored and the only time we were able to get straight answers from him was when he was billing us. There were multiple instances of us purchasing items for this car which he conveniently 'lost'. Bottom line, if you have body and paint work that is needed - go to them. Anything else, go elsewhere!

So I went here to get a radiator flush because it was gunked up and the car was overheating. They…read morehad the car in the shop for less than 15 minutes and they said it was a head gasket. Which would mean the vehicle would have to go to the junkyard. So I brought it to another guy. He started taking parts of the engine apart and actually inspecting it instead of just a quick once over. We ended up replacing the radiator and thermostat. And I ended up flushing the radiator myself since team didn't want to do it. Now my vehicle is no longer overheating. Stay away from team automotive!​​​
