I got the correct parts from auto zone. When I returned, they accepted some parts but required an ID process and didn't give me a receipt. When I came back with the receipt for the remaining parts, they refused to help. And the manager just became impatient with me. After calling them about my refund, which i never received somehow I was left on hold for 15 minutes, and the manager just said he was on a break and couldn't assist. In the end, I never got my refund, and I'm out $100. I then went to another O'Reilly's store to try and return the remaining parts that they never accepted, and they had no issue at all--they accepted my receipt and refunded me right away. I will not be returning to the this O'Reilly's again.

Finally arrived 2 days before i was supposed to use it and was not completed as ordered. I spent 2 full days scrambling to finish it myself. I wired them the agreed upon adjusted payment. Now a month and a half after paid in full I'm still waiting on a title. They are really good at saying we'll look into that and then radio silence until I call back again. If it's really the supplier you're waiting on, ditch them. This is not just a supplier issue. I've had more reliable service from a paperclip.
