They were very friendly and fixed what was wrong. I also needed some contact lens solution and was pleasantly surprised how the lady presented me with some choices and their prices. Though I did not get my glasses from them, I did look around and they have a great selection. I will not only be coming back here again for all my eye glass/contact lens needs but I would recommend them to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised from the very beginning by how professional and scrupulous they are. In fact it took quite a while to find the right contact lenses and I had to come back several times and they were always super helpful. Recently I needed a new pair of lenses for my glasses, obviously I came back here and they made me a new visit for free, ordered and gave me the glasses really quickly. I always had only good experiences with them so I must suggest this place if you need an optician.

I am never going anywhere else for glasses!…read more I first went to fielmann to get an eye test and they told me the glasses (without the frame) would cost around 300EUR. i almost had a heart attack. Then a friend told me about eyes and more, that they have a constant price of 95EUR for eye glasses, including extra thin glasses and anti-reflection! and i get to choose the frame i wanted! I was a bit skeptical, thinking there was a hidden mammoth somewhere. The women behind the counter were really friendly, they accompanied me from the moment i entered the shop till i left. helped me choose the frame that fit my face the best. Indeed the glasses cost only 95EUR. Although most of their glasses are no names brands, they also have lacoste, puma ... They fixed the glasses the same afternoon, i was able to pick up my eyeglasses 90 minutes later. All in all great experience, ill definitely be back for my next eye glasses. They also have an offer 250EUR for 3 pairs of eyeglasses! 50EUR less than 1 at fielmann :) Oh and i got coupons for my next buy :) What more can i wish for!

I told them i want the thinnest glass,they said ok,i chose frame etc,and i paid more than €600. When i went to pick the glasses up,it was a total nightmare! It was the thickest glasses i ever have and also seen and very heavy!! Also when i put the glasses on the vision was wavy,i told them also this but the said it is the exact number that they have measured. They have satisfaction guarantee and i returned the glasses. They said i can look again,i did,but they were not very nice at that time. Again i chose another frame and ask them to calculate the thickness of the glass and they said it is not possible!! So i left. I went another optiker explained my story. They told they chose wrong glass for my eyes and also miscalculate the measures!! And the other optiker was able to tell how thick the glasses will be!! Happy end with another optiker.just dont go.

The salesmen are very competent, they don't try to sell as fast as they can, they guide you through their product range. Of course they are more expensive than the notorious german discount chains, but the difference is smaller than you would think. At least one of the optometrists is able to speak english, so Kelb is probably the way to go for english speaking folks in Hamburg. You can get there by Subway. Take the U1 to Wandsbek Markt, follow the signs to Einkaufszentrum and take the stairs on the left side when you see the big Quarree sign. The store is 50m ahead on the right.
