Dr. Gordina is thorough and is not shy to have necessary conversations. My son has autism and she's always supported his health/overall progress beyond her office. If there is a question of whether something could benefit or improve health/progress Dr. Gordina is supportive in every way. In times of constant illness (the daycare years) her office always accommodates our needs. This includes the emergency after hours line in which Dr. Gordina will call you back herself to make sure her patient is ok and assists with what's needed. Although our visits take time, I know to plan accordingly as Dr. Gordina is going to take the time necessary to address all concerns and symptoms for the best route of care. I trust Dr. Gordina with my son's care and I highly recommend both her and the practice overall.

She is direct but still easy to talk to. I appreciated that she is also a lactation consultant. She required that we keep to the CDC guidelines for vaccines, but this was not an issue for us. One of the choices I had to make in recent years was finding a good Urologist, and I truly made the right choice with Dr Iofredda. From my first visit, he and his staff were friendly, efficient, and very thorough. My father had been a patient of his for years and spoke very highly of him, and I now understand why. Visiting a Urologist can be (especially for men) a bit intimidating, but this practice made the process very simple and unassuming. Although I can't recall her name right now, the woman at the front desk was wonderful as far as scheduling and working with me to ensure my (sometimes difficult) pharmacy filled my needed prescriptions. Highly recommended.

The conduct of the front desk employees at Kendall Park's office disgusts me. Really? I apologize for being 16 minutes late; I had an appointment at 9:30 and called to let them know that I will be there shortly at 9:35 a.m, right there she insisted on canceling the appointment and showed no support. It took me three minutes to get to the office after arriving at the parking lot at 9:44 a.m. The young woman was really impolite. Please make it known if you have such a stringent and watchful late policy. This type of impolite communication is bad, and I really don't want to start off my interactions with my doctor in this manner.
