i do not like this school. i would rate it a solid 0/5 but thats not possible, so i give it a 1…read more there are many teachers who make students feel terrible. ive had one teacher tell me that i was asking for attention, and that i need to calm down. i calmed down after i had a teacher who actually cared for me comfort me. the other teacher was screaming at me for breaking a minor rule. the teacher who comforted me quit because the school was not treating her right. i completely understand her leaving. i even once had another teacher tell me that i should listen to a man who believed women shouldnt have the right to vote. what is wrong with this school??? if i could leave, i would.

Not too sure if I cared for that my daughters last two teachers were very approachable and were more sociable and got the opportunity to know myself and my child a bit better. She's very closed off and honestly a bit odd but does educate my child. The teacher was very by the book and kept me informed of all activities in a timely fashion. However, not sure if is the school or the teacher but it seems her other school had parents more involved. My mother and I used to volunteer between two and five days a week I sign a form at the beginning of the year to come in very 2 weeks and do art history lessons to the class and I was never contacted. As well as I have offered several times to volunteer and was never contacted. I also wish there was more clarification on release of parent information. The teacher gave my info to the room mother someone I didn't know and she "accidentally" attached me to an email ad for some kind of diet pill she was selling! Told the teacher no apology from them but emails stopped. Recently I started receiving emails from another parent....that's frustrating!! Besides these quirks the school it self is very nice, clean, great staff. She's only in second grade so here's to 3 more years!!

Especially in the beginning when your little ones are experiencing a new place and your worried, not a good fit. As it turns out, my children were fine but I was concerned not receiving the reassurance I needed from the directors. I have 2 children, my total fees would have been approx 175.00 for nap mats and books, even for a 2 year old, plus a long list of school supplies, due on day 1. They also require you to bring snacks for Friday is special treat day-- enough for mine plus 10 kids! This was in addition to the 65.00 registration fee which was paid upfront and I asked if there was anything else-- "no". The assistant director thought handing me a booklet to read was sufficient that listed the fees, but I needed a verbal upfront answer on financial obligations due to the quickness of my decision to enroll them there. The booklet offers an open door for parents to volunteer to help in their child's class, but when it's requested, it will be frowned upon, just like calling to check on your child or trying to peek at your child through a classroom window in the hopes to get a glimpse of their happiness at school - they don't like that. They don't like requests or suggestions about your child. So if you are a needy parent like me, do not enroll your child here. There are many loving "Christian" teachers in other schools that will understand your need for reassurance when leaving your precious babes!!
