As is noted in other reviews, this is a group of physicians that includes an Urgent Care clinic…read more I showed up with a sinus infection around 2pm. There were two guys in the waiting room. At 3.45pm, I was taken back by a nurse and asked the standard barrage of questions, then asked to wait for the doctor. NINTEY MINUTES LATER - a doctor shows up and look in my ear 'yup', she says in between chewing her gum, 'looks like a sinus infection. here's your antibiotics'. Seriously. Absolutely frustrated at the doctor or nurse practitioner or whatever she was. Apathetic attitude, slow communication and overall unprofessional approach to her patients. I do NOT recommend the PCP Urgent Care clinic. I had an awful experience there.

It is sad when you become the Duke of Urgent Care, right? I mean, Duke is Duke, but this means that…read moreyou're at Urgent Care more than you want. Well, I blame the fine salesman of the Cutco Knives we purchased which had DeAnna getting patched up twice in the first week of owning them. Prime Care isn't like seeing your doctor. I don't think we've seen the same person twice. But they are very convenient. More availability than my primary doctor, less expensive than an emergency room, and they have cable in the waiting room to pass the time while you're bleeding. They even have an x-ray on site so you don't have to get sent elsewhere. They do have their limitations, often staffed by nurse practitioners instead of doctors. You're not going to have Dr. House diagnosing your mysterious illness here, but you will get patched up with the common injuries and illnesses. They recognize their limitations too, and are very upfront about it and will direct your follow up with your regular doctor. The staff is always pleasant and comforting. I am pretty convinced they find me hilarious, even if they struggle not to laugh at my often inappropriately timed humor.

about 10 years here my health is worse than ever. evidently abnormal blood work repeatedly is ok…read moreit's cool to wait to get in to specialit's for like 7 months if you die in the meantime hey whatever right ? abnormal ekg no biggy, muscle spasms and tearing for 7 months no problem broken back broken hip can't even prescribe me my blood pressure meds I took for 17 years anymore and put me on crap that makes me feel horrible sexual side effects who cares your pushing 45 . you know what let's try to prescribe you sSri's over and over . such a cop out . oh and dont think you will ever see a doctor been there 10 years and have not once seen a doctor only a physician assistant. staff was friendly until I actually stood up for myself then talked rude on messaging on patient portal . I'm disgusted I've wasted so much money in debt up to my eye balls in medical bills and lab bills and whatever is happening to my health and body continues to get worse. To the point I really wonder if I'll be here for my daughter's 10th birthday. The medical care sys as a whole in Albany ny, should be illegal. I grew up in the 80's before this conglomerate death machine they call healthcare existed. And doctors got to the bottom of things and fixed you . I can't afford to take more time from work my relationship is falling apart and each day i push forward not knowing how I'm going to get better or even an answer on what is wrong but hey maybe that rheumetology appointment in august i been waiting for since January will help . If you just moved to the area I suggest you run . Going to the er by ambulance? Don't worry you'll foot the bill and get dumped in a waiting room chair and sit there for 7 hours. Then sit in back for another 5 . Do that a few times it's fun . Abnormal blood work and symptoms no problem as long as your not in immediate cardiac arrest go chill you'll be ok .

I had developed cold/flu symptoms on April 23. I contacted my providers office the next day (…read moreMonday), to get an appointment to see my provider. Of course, you cannot speak to anyone at the office, they transfer you to a call center. Meanwhile I am feeling sick, bad dry cough and lost my voice completely. They scheduled me to have a video appointment on April 25 with someone I don't know, who called in a script for prednisone. I continue to feel sick all week. Meanwhile I have administered 2 COVID tests to ensure its not that-tested negative both times. On april 28, I again call -get the call center again, who tell me the first appointment I can get is at 7 am on May 3. I do receive a call back from a nurse-who says she'll '' speak with "someone". The next contact I have is with CVS, who tell me someone has called in a script for a Z-pac. This without anyone seeing me at all. I take the z-pac, do feel a little better and arrive at my appointment today, May 3 at 7 am. Upon arrival I am told there is no appointment and am referred to Urgent Care!! This bad review is not about my provider, its about the incompetence of the management of St peters family medicine, St Peters Health partners, and Trinity. I could not in good conscience recommend this organization to anyone. This is disappointing because I have been a patient here for well over 30 years, but now believe I have to look for a new practice simply to take care of my own well being!

So far so good with the Braverman-Panza medical group. Can't say the front of the office brings…read moretheir A game every day. But I would not call my experience unwelcoming or unfriendly. As far as the Physicians Assistant goes. Mine gave me her full attention, and brought the doctor in for a double check. I've only been once, and I'm still not entirely convinced it's the practice for me. But I'm holding judgement. We'll see if they can cure my current ills, and then I'll see how the conduct a physical exam. - - - Upgraded to 4* after my physical exam. It took a while to get an appointment with Dr. Panza. But it was worth it. She spent plenty of time with me, gave me a thorough exam. The best part. The blood work was done on premise, immediately. So my cholesterol results were delivered to the good doctor within minutes of being drawn from my arm. Hard to call that good news, now that I am on a self inflicted draconian diet. But it was tres impressive.

The care you get I would give 5 stars. I feel very well taken care of. But the experience of being…read morea patient is not 5 stars because of all the waiting around before your appointment. Many times over the last 4-5 years I've been a patient I've waited much too long. Respect for patients time and appropriate scheduling could be improved significantly. This opportunity is specifically when I'm seen by PA's at the office. However I have to say my doctor listens to me, answers my questions thoughtfully and is efficient with our time once we are together. I am grateful for the care and I would recommend them to others. Also fun fact this place seems to only employ women. It's all female doctors, PA's and nurses. I like that. #whorunstheworld
