I'm disgusted I've wasted so much money in debt up to my eye balls in medical bills and lab bills and whatever is happening to my health and body continues to get worse. I can't afford to take more time from work my relationship is falling apart and each day i push forward not knowing how I'm going to get better or even an answer on what is wrong but hey maybe that rheumetology appointment in august i been waiting for since January will help . If you just moved to the area I suggest you run . Going to the er by ambulance? Don't worry you'll foot the bill and get dumped in a waiting room chair and sit there for 7 hours. Then sit in back for another 5 . Do that a few times it's fun . Abnormal blood work and symptoms no problem as long as your not in immediate cardiac arrest go chill you'll be ok .

Of course, you cannot speak to anyone at the office, they transfer you to a call center. Meanwhile I am feeling sick, bad dry cough and lost my voice completely. They scheduled me to have a video appointment on April 25 with someone I don't know, who called in a script for prednisone. I continue to feel sick all week. Meanwhile I have administered 2 COVID tests to ensure its not that-tested negative both times. On april 28, I again call -get the call center again, who tell me the first appointment I can get is at 7 am on May 3. I do receive a call back from a nurse-who says she'll '' speak with "someone". The next contact I have is with CVS, who tell me someone has called in a script for a Z-pac. This without anyone seeing me at all. I take the z-pac, do feel a little better and arrive at my appointment today, May 3 at 7 am. Upon arrival I am told there is no appointment and am referred to Urgent Care!! This bad review is not about my provider, its about the incompetence of the management of St peters family medicine, St Peters Health partners, and Trinity. I could not in good conscience recommend this organization to anyone. This is disappointing because I have been a patient here for well over 30 years, but now believe I have to look for a new practice simply to take care of my own well being!

Where previous physicians dismissed my complaints and were quick to trust test results without first listening to what I had to say, Dr. Kelleher started with a head-to-toe discussion to find out what my problems and symptoms were. You'd think that would be a given, but in my experience, it's very rare and worth a 5-star review.

He created a thoughtful treatment plan and, just as importantly, continued to adjust and fine-tune it until we found what worked best. That persistence and attention to detail made all the difference. As a result, the majority of my pain has been alleviated, and my quality of life has improved dramatically. Dr. Billington is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly an expert in oral facial pain. You never feel rushed, and you always feel heard. The office staff is equally outstanding. Everyone is professional, kind, and welcoming--especially Jessica, the office manager, who keeps everything running smoothly and makes every visit stress-free. If you're dealing with facial pain, TMJ, or anything related and feel like you've hit a wall, I can't recommend Dr. Billington highly enough. This practice is the real deal.
