We still have not met with anyone and it has been 4 months of trying. We had one appointment that actually got scheduled and two hours before the appointment the office called and cancelled. Next available appointment was made for November 4, three months from now, but our daughter will be three hundred miles away at college by then. We were also told that another provider would not stand in for the consultation meeting, which may be the only professional practice on the planet where this is the case. My daughter cannot continue her treatments until they complete the consultation and at this point she is already off her treatment plan. Mary and April in their scheduling office are condescending, rude and inconsiderate and refuse to answer any questions. Go anywhere else you can.

I have never cried so many times at a doctor's office due to how I was treated. After moving to the…read morearea, I was referred here by my chiropractor. Even getting an appointment required significant persistence--calls were rarely returned, and I had to call at least 10 times just to schedule my first procedure. After weeks of no response, I showed up in person without an appointment, which I've never done before in my life, but I was desperate for a response. They were able to see me the same day, which I appreciated--but it caused major inconvenience since I hadn't planned for a driver (my husband had to drop everything and leave work to come and get me, as it was required). Cried due to the stres it caused for myself and my husband. Office manager during my appointment printed off the call log and showed me that they had received my calls. No one could explain why no one responded to my attempts to schedule an appointment. The procedure provided little relief. At my follow-up visit, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment with no acknowledgment or apology. Then, a nurse spoke to me in a berating manner. I was so upset I ended up crying when the doctor came in. I am not a cryer, so this was twice in a handful of weeks that I'd done so, here, due to my experience with this office. Trying to continue care was just as difficult--again, weeks of unreturned calls. Second procedure at a surgery center. During the actual procedure, both the doctor and nurses yelled at me. Literally while I was on the table. At that point, I decided I could no longer tolerate being treated so inhumanely. I was in severe pain and did not deserve to be ignored, berated and yelled at during office visits and in the middle of medical procedures. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic respect made this an incredibly distressing experience. They need an overhaul of their office operations as well as intensive customer service training. I will not be coming back.

Well she's the one claiming to be an immunologist 10 yrs ago and to try and treat me as such? The staff is very rude and it takes weeks for them to call you back. She rushes you through every appointment and then tells me to call my regular doctor for sinus and ear issues? I don't understand what has happened to this practice. The doctors, nurses, and staff were as compassionate as can be and seemed to truly care about my well-being. Also, they were very supportive of all decisions and non-judgmental.
