She…read morestarted with him at 6 years old, with minimal experience, and now at 8 she is able to play complicated pieces to the amazement of her music teacher at school. Hayden's style is very laid back on the lesson zoom, but he has a rigorous method behind the scenes and does expect his students to put in the work. However, in contrast to some other music teachers, he doesn't emphasize "passing" songs; it's a more about the culmination of their work and the time they put in. He provides a wide array of music for her to work on during the week, so she doesn't get bored, and if she's frustrated by one piece, she has other options to work on to rebuild her confidence. On the lesson, he is very patient and has created a structure that is both challenging and boosts her confidence so she wants to continue. Hayden teaches ukulele, piano, and guitar so he's able to talk to her about piano, which she also studies, and he fosters her general love of music / interest in music theory. I've considered putting her in a formal music school in her area, but the progress she has made with Hayden exceeds what I've come to expect from most of the programs. He also is a genuinely nice person whom she looks forward to seeing each week. We found Hayden through Yelp during the summer of 2020 and had nothing to go one aside from his reviews, which told me he would be an excellent teacher for my daughter. Two years later, we wanted to let others know how great our experience has been.

After a tour of the facility and connecting with several moms on FB groups about their experience we enrolled my son. He started in 1-2 year old class. Ms. Susan and Leslie are just lovely. Everything you'd want for your baby's first daycare experience. Warm, loving and patient are a few words to describe them. Ms. Keisha is also spectacular (2 year old class). Staff takes lots of pictures and videos throughout the day that they share on the app. Security is top notch. Multiple security checks before entering the building. Cameras all over the place. Diversity is another thing I noticed at this daycare. It's probably the location but soooo many diverse families from different places and walks of life. LOVE THIS! Overall, we had a lovely experience at this daycare.

This is the third daycare we've tried between our two daughters, and the difference here is night and day. The other centers were fine -- our kids were safe and had their basic needs met -- but we never felt truly welcomed. At Goddard, every teacher & staff member greets us with genuine warmth and a smile, every single day. It's clear they pay close attention to our daughter -- they notice the little things, celebrate her milestones, and care for her as if she were their own. We feel like part of a real community rather than just a drop-off and pick-up. We've been blown away by the level of care, communication, and joy that fills this school every day. I can't imagine a better environment for our daughter to grow and thrive. I'd recommend Goddard (and Heather's amazing team!) to any parent in a heartbeat.

I started my son Alexander who has a IEP in school and is on the spectrum (special needs) when he was 8years old playing ukelele. He since has continued playing uke and over the past 4 years has been taking lessons for piano to get ready for his next year marching band audition for Cherry Creek High School! He had held a A+in his middle school band all through 6th, 7th, and now 8th grade he's way ahead of his peers in so many areas of music. Fast forward to 2 years ago our oldest son wanted to audition and compete for first chair trumpet in his band class as a junior in high school at cherry creek high school. He felt he maxxed out with where he was at and needed that extra push and tutoring to acheive more. He asked me to sign him up for private trumpet lessons this past summer. Here we are in September of same year and after a summer of private lessons he auditioned and made FIRST CHAIR TRUMPET in his band class and for Cherry Creek Marching Band !!! (Did I mention CCHS ranked #1 for welcome week and in 5A tournament )!!! Wendy&Dale are the best ! All the instructors they hire are top notch and our invested in their students to succeed and not just in music but the why behind music , their self esteem, and technical skills that go along with it. I could t be more blessed to have found this school for my children. I have two other kids that will also play music this year. One more trumpet and one more piano or drums!!! This school has an amazing g new facility that they are in the process of moving into because they grew out of their old one ! They are so humble but I feel like if there is anyone out there that is looking for a true music school who will help their child learn music, love music appreciate music and embrace music this has to be the school they enroll in!!! Thank you CMI for all you have done and continue to do !! Congratulations on your award for National Music School of the Year!!!!!!!!

School of Rock Highlands Ranch is one of those gems, and we are so grateful to be part of this amazing community. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the difference. Andy, Holly, and the entire staff are phenomenal people--kind, caring, and genuinely invested in every student's journey. Every child is greeted by name, every parent feels welcome, and you immediately know you're in a safe, comfortable space where people matter. It's not just a music school--it's a community. Our daughter is thriving in the Rookies group class, where she's not only learning music but also growing in confidence and teamwork. On top of that, my wife and I are part of the Adult Performance Program, and it has been an absolute blast. Playing music together, laughing, and sharing the stage has been one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of our adult lives. The quality of instruction here is second to none. The teachers are talented, knowledgeable, and--most importantly--relatable. They know how to connect with kids and adults alike, making lessons inspiring and fun while still challenging students to grow. The vibe is electric--you can't help but feel motivated and excited to learn when you're here. It's hard to put into words just how much this place means to us. School of Rock Highlands Ranch is more than a school; it's a place where you will be seen, valued, and encouraged. Whether you're just starting your musical journey or looking for a place to keep growing, look no further. You'll learn, you'll be challenged, and most of all--you'll have a ton of fun. We wholeheartedly recommend School of Rock Highlands Ranch to anyone who wants music to become a joyful, life-changing part of their story.
