I called the office and spoke with Judy who was very condescending and fake. The frame I received was substantially larger than the frame I actually ordered. Be mindful that I placed the order directly with a rep and specifically told her what I wanted so she messed up the order. I asked for a manager and spoke with Susan who told him that the most she could do was give me $21. I just don't understand how my credit is so small considering the frame that I am returning is substantially larger than the one I ordered. It is hurtful when you have been a valuable customer and spent thousands of dollars only to be treated like this. Buyer shop at your own risk!!!
